It's hard for me to write this review because we've been waiting all summer to get to this camp. The problems started immediately upon arrival. In our clearly written email, the place for a caravan and a bungalow for another 2 adults was questioned at the reception and they did not have accommodation for our children. In the end, they moved the house to us for 1 night for €150 (everything was dirty when we took it over, the toilet was dirty, the light was not on, the bed linen had not been changed), then they suddenly found the same house clean.
The problems continued before parking the caravan, they promised us to clean the place as there was a lot of leaves and mess. On Wednesday, after the big wind, they FINALLY came to clean up.
And we go on
The photos of the camp are charming
Reality ; camp neglected, old, chaotic. It acts as a refugee camp. Smelly trash cans everywhere, moldy and smelly toilets!!! Toilets too. The beach and the sea are nice, but that is the work of nature.
NEVER
We will NEVER come here again. Overall impressions VERY VERY bad. One disgusting place. I don't know where people get positive feedback about this place, but it's one big neglected disaster.
We are very sorry that we came here at all, but it will not happen again.

Disappointment

Absolutely horrible customer service. Three weeks without any kind of feedback, response, comment and refund regarding a canceled reservation. Down payment was not returned, regardless that full refund is applicable according to T&C. Tens of phone calls and emails. These guys are a complete joke!

Horrible customer service, violation of T&C

The water is ok, beach bar is ok, but they charge you for almost everything. If you do not want to walk 1km from the main road to the beach, you have to pay a fee to go through the bungalows region, as well as a separate fee for the sun beds. It is definitely not one of the top locations.

Ok for one time experience

One of the best accomodation, I’ve ever stayed in. And very suitable for those looking for something different—but clean and comfortable— from big hotels/typical resorts. Set in a forrest, along a big enough beach, abundant in facilities for anybody(a very good supermarket, restaurant, shops, playground, basket court, beach bar) Very suitable for families with young childen. But not only. You can cook your own meals, make you own cofee, or you can eat at the camping restaurant/beach bar. There are bungalows for 2,4,6 people, caravans and big safari tents, right in front of the beach, or inside the forest—but neither far from the beach—all with well equipped kitchens, bathrooms and air conditioning. Or you can set your own tent/caravan, and use the very clean, common bathrooms. There is also even a kind of laundromat, so you don’t have to pack too much clothes. 
We loved the entire compound; so much that we extended our stay, from 6 to 10 night. But don’t forget, it’s not a hotel: you have to clean after yourselves, take out your garbage( some one will collect it, every 2 days) , but they provide clean towels and bedclothes, by request, free of charge, whenever you need it. I strongly recommend, to choose a bigger unit than you actually think you need: for 2 person, take a 3 or 4 persons unit, for 3 person, take the 4,5 unit, for 4 person, definitely take the 6 one. So that you don’t feel crowded. And make the reservation, well in advance. Prices for unit, depend on the month, no of persons, size  and the location of the unit( by the beach, or into the woods)and are decent and correct. One can find the exact prices on the site “Armenistis camping and bungalows”. You can find it all on their site. The staff it’s very friendly and helpful, too. Have a wonderful experience! We did.

Something worth trying

The worst place for a family. Ten days of noise from the stage until 2 am and then again during the day from 2-4 pm which when most people with kids rest. Oh and to top it up, construction work going on at all hours of the day. This place sucks, it is not worth the money, and it is absolutely gone downhill. Also be aware, they are bot as pet friendly as they claim to be. Staff is rude most of the time, service in the tavern is horrible.

THE WORST PLACE FOR FAMILY

There are way better camps than this one. Dusty roads construction working during high season, rude staff. The beach is great if there is no rain, if there is rain the sea is brown. They have selective reservations even months in advance they say it’s fully booked when it isn’t. They either keep some spots for certain people or try to book the bad spots and accommodation first then fill in later. I thought this was only my impression and after I read some other reviews stating the same. Some people couldn’t book on the exact day the reservations for the next season were open. 

Selective service

- not clean enough and mot maintenanted like it should be ( green area and the beach not taking care of)
- rude and unpleasant personel, nobody was smiling
- not worth the money they ask and not accurate to call something lux or deluxe
- reception personel and booking operating in a strange manner. Check out at 11 am and very strick and check in after 4 pm- they steal half of your day 
- eveb if you pay in advance you can not choose which accomodation you want, in a specific location
- lack of staff to maintain the area

Not worth the money

We had a reservation for 7 days for a standard mobile home (from 10th to 17th of September) because we have a small dog and pets are allowed only in certain mobile homes. 
We stayed only 1 night because the mobile home was extremely dirty, all the wardrobes and drawers had dust inside. It was very old and needed complete renovation. The sheets were torn and were no longer white as original (luckily we brought sheets with us for our 2 year old child). The curtains had stains, the furniture was obsolete. Also the bathroom was very narrow and person like me (1.90 m) could hardly turn around. The bath curtain was disgusting and there was rust all around. 
We asked them to move us to another mobile home but the staff said that there are only few mobile homes accepting pets and they were all occupied. They suggested to clean the mobile home and to change some stuff but we did clean in the evening on arrival and obviously they could change only the sheets.  
When we showed them the pictures we have made, compared to the pictures in the website, the guys at the reception told us that “the pictures in the website are indicative”. When we showed a picture of the bathroom where there was rust they said that it was raining a lot the last few days???
The beach is great but although we were staying in the camping we were charged 10.40 euro for an umbrella at the beach bar.
The camping however is nice. The restaurant was good, there was a kids’ playground in front of it.

Standard mobile home with pet

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Reasons:
1. After cancellation on time (eligible for full refund) they prolong and delay returning the amount
2. Slow replies
3. Inhospitable and bad attitude
4. Unprofessional

Refund policy issues

Great location, amazing beach, lots of services offered. Up to here everything is excellent. However, there are two things that ruin all the above. First and most important cleanliness of common facilities like wc, showers etc. I realize that it’s too difficult to keep these areas clean when the camp is fully booked but in this field there is huge room for improvement. Second, noise; especially during quiet hours. Every night we had a new “party” going on next to our tent. Usually groups of greek youngsters that played music loud and making noise. If the management of the camping decided to deal with these two issues, we could easily be talking about a five star camping.
