When we decided to stay in Sarti we were already almost there. The location was sold out on booking.com so we called. Despite it being the end of the season and not being there at the time we called Aristea offered us to check in when she returned in the evening. 
Everything went totally smooth and the room was clean, spacious for the three of usage had everything you need.
We ended up staying 4 nights. Our little one loved the boat-styled seating on the roof. And we also watched a beautiful sunrise.
Aristea also offers breakfast but we did not try it out, though a Nespresso machine, microwave and fully equipped kitchen is within the room.
Definitely recommend it. Grest value for the price and the location is close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants, but away enough from the bustling streets and shops for a good night sleep.

Great, clean location of a very kind and accommodating host

a place full of love, very clean, beutiful decor, and the host is so nice. location is perfect. we recomend it highly...there are hot water, big comfy beds, and a nice belcony. the roof top is the highlight

amazing stay

This place is a perfect accommodation just a few minutes away from the center. Aristea is a great host and is doing her best to provide her guests with all needed.  
We were welcomed very warm with a sweet surprise and a welcome drink.
The apartment was sparkling clean, with all needed amenities. There was even a separate bin for recycled items, which adds to the fact that the hosts have paid attention to all details.
Beds and the sofa were very comfy. 
Highly recommend this place! Thank you, dear Aristea! We had a great time in Sarti! 

Perfect accommodation 

Being Aristea's guests was a great experience!
The rooms are big and cozy, very clear and have everything you may need.
Everything is walkable distance, the beach and the center are really close. In addition there is a wonderful roof top terras perfect for a morning coffee or late night glass of wine. Definitely will come back!

First of all we would like to thank you to Aristea and Kostas for the (truly!!) amazing hospitality. 

Perfect and clean apartment, equipped with every necessary things. About the breakfast in one word: WOW! More than one word: incredible tasty and large portion. The view from the pergola is absolute perfect. Aristea Studios is really the best of the bests from every aspects.

Lovely Place

Was our first time in Sarti and we choose to stay at Aristea Studio by Tripadvisor recommendation and reviews. Let’s be honest, we had a fantastic time. First of all loved the location, which is a few minutes away from the local beach. The hotel is really really cute, with a rooftop terrace overlooking the town of Sarti and the sea, I would recommend to go there during the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine looking at the panorama. The room nicely decorated, big and perfectly clean with a really comfortable bed and a kitchen equipped with the essentials. 
The hospitality is at its best, Aristea and Kostas will welcome you with her home made limoncello and a slice of homemade cake (delicious!) they are really friendly, happy to share a chat with you and give you some tips on where to eat and what to visit, and always ready to help. 
Definitely returning to this location next time we’ll visit Halkidiki.

Best staying in Sarti

We were here for the third time and we feel like Aristea Studios is our home in Greece. It’s a pet friendly location, close to the beach and restaurants and it has an amazing  view from the rooftop. It’s always a pleasure to meet Aristea and Kostas.

It was second time having vacantion in Halkidiki with accomodation at Aristea Studios. 
The location anh host didn't cheat expectation.
Best conditions, breakfast is sufficent, diverse and brought to the door.
Ii is for sure, that will be again to Aristea Studios.

A dream location

Aristea Studios is the accommodation we always stay in when we come to Sarti.
This is our fourth time staying with Aristea and Kostas and as always everything was great.
The accommodation is 10 minutes from the beach.
The rooms are spacious and have their own terrace. The studio is equipped
 with all the necessary basic things (glasses, plates, dishes...). Hygiene in the studio is at the highest level. It has its own parking lot and a large terrace on the roof  where it is a pleasure to sit and relax every evening.
Most importantly Aristea and Kostas are great hosts and you always feel welcome around them.
