Lovely studio just a little outside the town (about 10-15 minutes on foot – part of the way is without a bord walk but on gravel; however, walk is safe).  Parking right outside (but no noise from street if you close windows); beautiful view of the sea from balcony. Beach across the street.
Very clean. Spacious. Closet for storage.
Good wifi.
Lovely balcony, great to sit in the evening, look at the moon and listen to the waves.
Kitchen very functional, large fridge with spacious freezer. Detergent and new sponge, plus towel, provided.
Excellent communication with host. Very accommodating – we could check-in a bit earlier and check-out a bit later; extra towel provide upon request.
Our room had three steps to the bathroom – not a problem for us, but a person with mobility issues should check whether all rooms have steps.
At about 55 E/night for August, the busiest month, good value for money.
Balcony chairs could be a bit more comfortable.

Excellent

Stayed for 5 nights in one of the apartments. It was overall fine however I wouldn’t consider it as a value for money for a number of reasons. On the one side the room was big and comfortable for a couple with a wonderful view in front of the sea. The owner was very friendly and helpful when asked so. On the other hand, some basic things weren’t working properly. For example, it was almost impossible to connect to the Wi Fi. Secondly the locker of the main door was malfunctioning and you had to try a lot to lock/ unlock the door. Last but not least, it was almost impossible to maintain the bathroom’s door closed. In order to do so, you had to push against the door and lock it, or else it was remaining open. We consider these things as very basic and we expected to work well especially for the price we paid. Had the above been sorted out I could give a 4 or 5 rating.

Nice but could be a lot better

The complex of several apartments is located on the seafront about a kilometer from the city center of Sitia.Each apartment is very well organized with its kitchen and parking.Excellent finishes, very good prices, good attendance.Very comfortable and close to the fine beaches to the north.

Buenos apartments with sea view in Sitia

Like many I guess we've been seduced by the pictures of the balcony with the view. But we've been pleasantly surprised by the room it self. Big and clean. The studio is a bit far away from the city center and you definitely need a car to go for dinner as the road is not safe to walk on. We were lucky as part of it had failed in the sea and there was only alternate driving on it. I reckon it can be a bit noisy when people are going to work other wise.

What a great apartment!

Clean and proper apartment located still 2km from Sitia and opposite a passing road. No reception at arrival (though a phone call the day before to indicate the time of arrival). The keys were on the door.

Help yourself and heaven will help you!!!

Big photo studio, very clean, owners who speak a little French and very kind, the only problem is that when you're on the terrace, the apartments next door have a dizzying view, which is a little embarrassing.

Good quality price ratio

Okay, it's a nice apartment, but when you get there and you even have to make your bed... not cool. Visit the owner: 2 min top chrono! You can do it yourself to plug in what's not connected properly. Plus it's on a road with slowing down and accelerating cars right under your nose as a bonus. Tiny bathroom (not suitable for people over 1M80).

I'm not saying that.

It's very spacious and very clean. The change of sheets and towels is done every three days. Really nothing to say. Very nice welcome. But the hiccup is the location of the apartment. We were on the ground floor and the terrace looks out onto the highway. No privacy. And it's ruining everything! Too bad.

I could have put five but....

Excellent accommodation with well-served apartments, spacious spaces, excellent cleanliness and all the amenities... apartments with terrace patio with sea view, parking, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, excellent signal.
