On 25/6/2020 the owner Nikolas gave me the availability of an apartment for the dates chosen. I booked and paid for flights and 2 other hotels on the island. On 26/6/2020 Nikolas confirmed my booking in writing. On 27/6 he cancelled my booking for his personal reasons, causing me significant damage.

I am sorry.

Two blocks from the most beautiful beach in Xerokambos, an apartment that struck me for the scent of clean as you entered. The lady who runs it is very kind and always available. Simple apartment but nothing is missing, we felt at home. Terrace overlooking the sea. Shower is possible even outside. And in the evening to see the starry sky of Xerokambos is priceless.

It's perfect.

We were all settled on the top floor, all right (view, terrace, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff), except for WiFi that was working really badly.

The studio is spacious and clean, the air conditioning works well, the sheets are cool, the small terrace and the very pleasant greenery to have a drink and relax after going down the mountain road that leads you to this little lost paradise called Xerokampos. We enjoyed our visit to this establishment and recommend it!

The perfect studio to isolate yourself on the other side of the world.

Very clean and new apartment, with two terraces of which one flourished with sea view. The sea is a few steps away. It is one of the closest accommodations to the sea for xerocampos. The family that runs it is very kind and very available. Very recommended!!

It's a very nice apartment.

Very handsome studio, new and attentive to detail, run by a very handsome couple who speak only Greek, but the lack is not noticed because largely compensated by kindness and cordiality: Mrs Joanna is super!

It's all right.

Very neat, new and clean apartment, a few minutes walk from the beach and a tavern/snack bar. Very kind and available owners (even two slices of homemade cake gave us as welcome, which are cute 😊), unfortunately they do not speak Italian or English and we had to understand by gesture.

Simple but very pleasant studio, with very friendly reception with Raki and cake in a world-class place.

Xerocampos is indeed a quiet and remote location, peaceful. 
Shop before arriving here, since there are only very small mini markets, the closest at 1.5 km.

The villa itself is one floor building, with stairs. For small children, as we have, I recommend ground floor apartment, even it doesn't has sea view. 
The apartment was not big, but very comfortable. Very clean also. A lot of facility for self catering. 
We loved the owners, very friendly and helpful. Makes a huge difference!
Children were very welcome, which also makes the difference ( thanks a lot).
Wonderful beaches, with cristal clean waters.
Strong WIFI.

Minuses.
Very small garden around the building, so few choices for children to play. 
Small balcony, with AC and neighbours toilet window.(haha).
Very much humidity, so apart from mornings, when we were on the beach, we stayed indoors.  
No cleaning services during our six days accommodation, only clean lines and towels.

Wonderful

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the room is furnished with everything and a little more, very friendly hosts, a place where you won't be disturbed except by the singing of birds and the sound of the waves, a lot of beautiful beaches where there's almost no one.
