We had a wonderful stay at Kolios house. A hidden gem. Zoe is an outstanding hostess and her attention to detail is superb. I explained my dietary requirements and she had shopped to ensure we had items for our arrival. Cant thank her enough, absolutely brilliant. Our apartment had the most beautiful view of the bay and the little cove was a delight and never an issue to get a sunbed. Thr apartment was well equipped. A short walk to taverna's and right outside bus stop 15. We had the most wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful holiday 🍾🥂🍹🍸🍷🌞🙌❤️

Outstanding hostess, fabulous views, tranquil location🔟🙌

Spent 5 nights at Kolios House - what a gem on the island! Stayed in a garden suite that looked over the bay and what a wonderful view. Suite was extremely comfortable and clean with all the facilities one could ever need - the shower was probably the best shower we have enjoyed across many of the Greek islands. A few steps down to a private beach to enjoy the sunshine while a bus stop directly outside to take you into skiathos town- so easy and convenient. Had some meetings to attend on Zoom so the excellent Wi-Fi came in really useful. One of the best stays we have had on the islands. Zoe the host owner was fantastic organizing car rental and medication for my wife - really appreciated! Kolios house is fab and best value for those wanting a laidback holiday on Skiathos x highly recommended 10/10!

Lovely studio located in a beautiful and calm area a few footsteps from a small private beach which is really fantastic. The studio was freshly renovated with nice details and comfort beds, truly high standards and its literally a few footsteps away from the ocean. The service and the hospitality was really good and a warm welcome. I will definitely visit again.

Kolios House offers the most amazing stay, with the most stunning views. The closest you can get to paradise. The hosts Zoe and Vassilis are so welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all guests are well and truly looked after. We have been staying here 10 years and can not imagine staying anywhere else. WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE

We have just returned after a 2 week holiday. Our 1st time to Sciathos, we were totally blown away by our accommodation 'Kolios House'.
Set in a quiet perfect location, a bus stop outside the entrance and close to a small supermarket and fine dining restaurants.
Our room was very bright and airy with spectacular views over the bay. Fresh crisp bedding and soft towels and the most comfortable bed and pillows giving the best nights sleep.
Our hosts, Zoe and Vasilis are so friendly and on hand to offer advice, nothing was too much trouble. From our garden area we could relax and listen to the gentle lapping of the waves and watch the boats swaying in the bay.
The heavenly smell of Jasmine bushes greeted us as we opened our door, just a short walk down down the safely paved sloping path through the orchard of orange and pomegranate trees to the idyllic secluded beach with included sunbeds to use, we could swim safely in the warm Aegean sea.
It was for us the perfect holiday, we were so sad to leave but will definitely returning.

Every aspect of Kolios House lives up to its 5* reputation, could not fault it in any way.

"Wow, what a marvelous place "

This was one of our best accommodations we had on our Greece holidays (and we go to Greece every year). House has its private beach, beautiful small beach where you can spend peaceful day or afternoon. Accommodation its self has everything you need, it is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Garden is so nice, you reach the beach throw orchard with apples and figs. Zoe, the host is so nice and kind.

My wife and i have been visiting Skiathos for the past five year's and Kolios House is by far the best place we have stayed.Our superior studio was very modern with every amenity you could want,spotlessly clean and it is a superb family run hotel who could not have been more helpful and friendly.
In addition their is very well kept ground's and a small beach with bed's and umbrella's supplied free of charge.
My wife and i liked this hotel so much as we left to return home we booked next year's stay.
