Pet Policy

Sofia's Garden by Booking Kottas warmly welcomes guests with pets (up to 10kg), understanding that pets are valued members of the family. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we have a pet-friendly policy in place. Please note the following guidelines:

Pets ONLY Upon Request

We understand that your pet is an important part of your travel experience. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet, allowing us to make necessary arrangements for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Pet Etiquette

We kindly request that pet owners ensure their pets are well-behaved and considerate of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances caused by pets should be minimized to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Leash and Containment

For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets should be on a leash or adequately contained in designated areas within the premises. This helps prevent unwanted interactions and ensures a secure environment.

Pet Waste Cleanup

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Proper waste disposal helps maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

Damages and Responsibility

Pet owners are financially responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the residence or its amenities. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, furnishings, and landscaping.

By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to create a harmonious environment where both pet owners and non-pet owners can enjoy their stay.

No Show Policy

Non shows or early departures are always non refundable.

Climate Resilience Tax 

Climate Resilience Tax 2 eur/room/night is not included in the rate and it shall be settled upon your arrival.

Credit Cards Policy

For security reasons, guests will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If the cardholder is not among the guests, we will not be able to honor the reservation unless payment is made with a valid credit card belonging to the guests.

Failure to present the correct credit card at check-in will result in the full reservation cost being charged and the reservation to be cancelled.
