We visited the rooms in July 2020 and it was an excellent experience. High quality service provided by Dina and Stamatis a wonderful young couple. We felt secure there as it is a very small unit and Dina was cleaning and sterilized the room regularly. As for the seaview there are no words that can describe it...

The rooms are located in an ideal location, really close to chora of Skopelos, with an amazing panoramic view of the port. They are very clean and, overall, you get a very good value for your money. The owners, Stamatis and Dina, are lovely people.They are very helpful and, being locals who know their way around the island, are willing to suggest the best places and restaurants according to your preferences.

Stamatis rooms must be your choice if you visit Skopelos island. We were a couple and stayed in a double room with the most spectacular view. From our very large balcony we enjoyed the breathtaking view of skopelos chora and port. The owners were amazing and very helpful. The location is excellent, walkable distance from the chora, there are a lot of stairs, but it was a very picturesque roote till the chora. There is no parking but it was quite easy to park during the day, the night it was a challenge but you would always find a solution. The room has all facilities and there was a comon area with some extras such as hot and cold coffee maker, iron, blow-dryer etc. We slept with the windows open and enjoyed a quiet neighborhood. This choice was value for money and when you see the view we are sure you will believe it is quite cheaper than you would expect.  I recommend this facility. In case we return to Skopelos i will definitely choose Stamatis rooms. Thank you for a really good stay!

Perfect self contained room, with double bed, kitchenette, private shower and toilet. View from the balcony when having a morning coffee is lovely. The owner was lovely, Dina being helpful and flexible with check out times. Pickup from port also available if you wanted.

What can I say! Our stay was great! Dina & Stamatis are the best hosts, very welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was basic, very clean and had all we needed. I loved the location, quiet but still all in walking distance. And this view!!! I believe we had the best view, you never get used to this! The beach was at walking distance. We hired a car for 2 days in order to be able to get around. We are already planning a trip for next summer! Thank you again Dina & Stamati for a wonderful stay! 

Paradise!

If you are planning a holiday to Skopelos and looking for a nice economic and qualitative accommodation search no more. Stamatis rooms is the best option, Comfortable and clean rooms with a stunning view and most friendly and knowledgeable owners. Very near to the down town and to the most beautiful beached of the island. We highly recommend it.

Greek Hospitality at its best!

Stay there with a friend and it was a very good choice ! Maybe the best choice for someone who go to Skopelos for vacations!!
Very clean and cozy room, very big balcony and the owners were very polite and helpful ! 
You need to know the room isn't in center of town and you need to walk 10minutes to go there but the view is the reward ! Best view on Skopelos !

The best view on Skopelos

The handsome Stamatis & the beautiful Ntina & their family are so welcoming & friendly.
I have stayed here for two holidays & it's wonderful.
(Please ignore the date given here - it didn't give me the option of when I DID travel !)

The rooms (incl. fridge, toilet & shower) are clean & comfortable - they are basic & the EXTREMELY good price reflects this.
Skopelos (along with Poros) is my favourite & most beautiful of Greek islands - officially celled "the greenest island in the Med" & the view from the terrace here is, to me, one of the most beautiful views in the World.

Skopelos Town is, like many island villages, built on a big slope, so it's a bit of a climb to the house (& very easy to get lost the first few times, lol), so you should just aim for the little ring road around the top of the town & it's a few seconds walk down some steps. (I always hire a car during my stay there so it's very easy to park the car on the road a few metres away.

Beautiful

Cozy and clean rooms, nice location, quiet but also near to the town center and the most important, extremely good price for the quality of the rooms. If I ever go back to Skopelos I will definitely return to Stamatis rooms.
