We ended up here for one night as the (very nice) “sister” hotel we’d been staying at couldn’t fit us in when we changed our plans at the last minute.  It was super cheap (I think we also got a discount) and they did give us probably the best room as we had a private balcony.  It was very, very basic and past its best with a simple breakfast also included.  But it was an experience and we enjoyed our bottle of three euro rose on the balcony overlooking various neighbouring gardens.

An experience!

The rooms are very small and the bathroom is a minimum. It is however clean and all the staff were pleasant.Breakfast was good, continental with the addition of scrambled eggs. The air conditioning was essential and good. 
Location is good not too far from the centre and with good restaurants very close. 
A bit expensive for what it is, but then again everything in  Spetses is overpriced anyway.

Tollerable for a short stay.

The stay in these rooms was just tollerable. The rooms are really small and basic and at a price...... The bathroom... very small and old! The breakfast litterally non existant since we could not find anything more than filter coffee...The worst part....the rooms are not sound proof! So cross your fingers that they will not have loud guests at that time! 
On the plus side.... the location! Close to Kaiki beach and close to fine fish restaurants!

Basic, expensive noisy!

This Inn is special.... Can be good or not
First it s hard to find it
No board no indication nothing
But with google map all is possible
The building is in quiet way
Room is tiny but comfortable and clean
The staff......one person... Doesn't speak English but for the checking I did it on phone with another receptionist😉
Hotel is close to some supermarket and really for a budget hotel it s nice
I stayed here in June 


Good for value 

We've been waiting for an hour to  get in the room. When we finally got in the room, that was a really big bad surprise. The room was small, it wasn't soundproofed at all and the room was very dark. Windows were in a bad position. Totally not worth 80 euros per day.
