Ideal location 50m from the beach. city centre and 300m from the ferry arrival. opposite bus stop beaches east. our host Filippos with a small smile and concern for the stay. He came to greet us at the ferry descent to collect our luggage transported to the place of stay. with 2 bottles of fresh water in bonus. exceptional welcome as already stated. Thank you.

Ideal location, room with terrace overlooking the sea.

Very clean room and pansion. Beautiful with lot of flowers garden, in the other side of the street is Agios Mamas beach, close by in 50m. Right and left is a bakery and super market. The owner mr Philippos very helpful and asking all time if everything is good, also the ladies that clean are really good for the job. But the room a bit expensive for its side. Was small and toilet as well. The window really small and without protection for mosquitoes. Very good that the owner loves classical music and opera.

Very helpful owner, very clean, beautiful garden, downtown, the other side of the street is the beach.

Nice, clean, strategic location between the new port and the old port, small beach and excellent bakery just a few meters away.

Stayed for 3 nights and Fillipos, the owner was so friendly and hospitable. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Villa Marina is central to everything. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

Excellent location in the center of the village of Spetses, 30 meters from the beach of Agios Mamas, close to restaurants and main facilities of the port. Twenty minutes on foot you can reach the beaches of Ag. Marina and Kaiki. Bakery at 30 meters open 24 h. Bus and motorbike rental at 20 meters.

8 days of dreams in Spetses

It’s not just about the refreshingly white and confortable room, the lush interior garden or the vast terrace facing a hypnotic blue sea crushed by a blinding blue sky. Or the abrupt slopes dotted with silent all-white houses among tall pines that show through the room’s wood-shutter windows. Or the affable yet puzzling owner, with a tint of the Magus elusively pervasing from his gestures. It may just be that everthing: water, sky, sea, sun and cobblestone streets owned by sleepy cats, conspire to give this place a dreamy feel of long-lost home.

My friend and I had our first vacation on Spetses Island, and by chance, we picked Villa Marina from a good location! We were not disappointed! The very welcoming landlord Filippos responded to all our requests! When we left - we didn't have to pack our bags to the port, we brought them! Thank you! Everything was clean and pleasant! Especially a beautiful garden with cozy tables behind which we ate breakfast! Next to a beautiful bakery where we bought a delicious drink and a flavorful cup of coffee every day and enjoyed the garden! The villa is very conveniently located! Next to a lot of restaurants, confidence! We walked with beautiful oats every day to the Poisson, which was a very pleasant year for us, thank you very much!

A beautiful villa with a garden!!

We stayed there for 5 nights and our overall experience is positive. It's not a luxurious hotel but for that price I guess is a good option. Our room had also a nice view to the small beach. 
Some pros: clean, good location, enough space in the room, reasonable price. Some cons: a lot of noise from the street outside and from the rest of the rooms, not a double bed.

Villa is well maintained and very clean. Safe and comfortable in a convenient location. Delicious bakery with great coffee close by and beach practically at your doorstep. For the price this is a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.
