This property is awful - please avoid at all costs. It is managed by a scam artist; the pictures are not the same as the real rooms, some guests were asked to go o a different hotel, the wifi rarely works. There are better budget hotels in Spetses. go there and spend your money with people who will be grateful

awful - stay away

A team of almost 25 people booked to stay at ARETIs but the owner sent us to another hotel that he owns which I believe that it has not even a license to be open and of course it was as terrible as ARETI. I’ve never seen more dirty and old rooms. The toilet had a huge hole on the roof and generally nothing worked, not even the toilet basket..!! The doors were broken and for the beds, it would be better if you slept on the floor. The breakfast was a joke itself. The noise form the motorbikes huge! And the worst of all was that the owner was very rude and ironic towards us and he tried to persuade us that to live in such a place is the normal thing!! I believe that these people should exit the markets and especially the touristic ones!!

For 46 € a triple room you cant expect any luxury...The room was ok: clean, WiFi, A.C., TV, shower...
In the webpage (booking) it doesnt say that you have to go to a travel office (mimosa) to go to the hotel, so if you dont ask, you will never know where is it. also it doesnt have any reception.
7 mins walking from the port. Friendly staff. You can leave your bags in their office after your checkout. Furthermore it didn't have a balcony as they advert in booking.
It wasn't what the advert in the webpage (pics) but as I say, for that amount of money you cant complain!

We did the booking through booking.com. The pictures was lovely and we thought this is what we get.. The price was  a kind of "this days offer". We where met by the owner on the pier . He was friendly and drove us on the motorbike to the hotell. We was very surprises since the front of the  hotell didn't look like the pictures, or the hotel we booked. The roof tresses was closed, the hotell looked really empty. The room we got had a view into the wall of another house. The room was very clean and it had wifi. We called the owner and said this is not what we booked , only a few of the photos seems like this place. However he moved us to a studio in the new port. We'll , that wasn't better .. So we got a better place on our own. This hotel is only for travelers who only need a clean and cheap room.

This is for travellers on low budget

While this hotel is pleasant enough my room was very small and the acoustics were not good.  I could hear people coughing and snoring all night in other rooms.  It's also a bit far up from the port for my liking and slightly uphill. There is more convenient accommodation in Spetses.
