Currently staying here but sadly going home tomorrow. We have loved every minute of our stay. Typical basic but spotlessly clean Greek family run accomodation. The rooms are fairly basic but are a great base close to all the bars and restaurants. Maria is a lovely lady who works tirelessly throughout the day.
Her eggs on toast in the morning are fantastic at just €3. Beer is accompanied by crisps and nuts.
Although next to main road it's not a problem at all as it's entertaining to watch the traffic.
Shame they are changing some of the apartments to a restaurant and removing the pool as I would return tomorrow.

Lovely holiday 

Arrived around midnight and was met with a welcoming smile,a bottle of complimentary wine and water. Rooms were very clean but basic as are most Greek apartments. The apartment block had a nice calm feel about it,enough sun beds, big enough pool,nice food/beer snack bar and generally a nice crowd of people. It’s situated on a main road(once your doors are closed you can’t hear a thing) and only a 5 minute walk under the under path to get to the main strip. Maria the owner works endlessly day and night keeping the place going but always manages a smile and a chat. The cleaner also works very hard changing bedding everyday and towels every 3 days. All in all this place is spot on and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you Kiriakos for a lovely holiday.

Lovely place

Just here now on holiday love the apartment old style greece you still have to put your toilet paper in the bin. It is on a busy road but you can not here road noise in the apartment it's very clean basic but everything you need 10 mins walk from all restaurants and bars. Very good value great pool. Unfortunately it's closing at the end of this October I would have come again. The person who said there was no hot water at 10pm at night must have missed the point it's solar powered hit water not moon powered. If you want a good clean budget accommodation you won't go wrong.

Great apartments

stayed for a week from 22 sept in room2 which is of adequate size for 2 people, it was spotlessly clean and was cleaned daily (apart from sunday), bar area is good as is the pool area. there is a road underpass approx 50m from main gate to safely access Stalis.As with other reviews there is road noise but once you close your balcony door it is silenced, overall a great place to stay

great stay

Kiriakos is situated on the main road, which is the only downside. We (2 people) stayed for 14 days & weren't disappointed. The studio apartment we had was small, but large enough for two peoples needs and included a small balcony. There's a hot plate if you feel the need to cook, a kettle and usual cutlery crockery. The bathroom (en-suite) was excellent. Overall the place was spotlessly clean -and kept that way, with the exception of a Sunday. Maria (Owner) is extremely helpful with advice etc, and is always on hand to attend to guests needs. We didn't use the pool, but again, it was spotless. Overall, we would stay again at these apartments.

Great Place

Just returned from 2 weeks at Kyriakos. Located on main road, however quality glazing means once in room you do not hear the traffic. Rooms more than adequate in size with most things you require. Apartments are all kept spotless, Maria is very accommodating, always on site to help when able.
Would definitely recommend and return.

Great stay

We've just returned from a 12 night stay at Kiriakos.
The studios are very clean,really nice pool and would definitely stay there again.
Although it's next to a busy road,the location was fine.
Maria is really helpful and her food is great.
Recommend it.

Great apartments.

Well Maria and family make fantastic hosts they can’t do enough for you the food here is fantastic the rooms are cleaned daily the little pool is great we came here on the back of other positive reviews it’s family owned so you get the personal detail and we haven’t been disappointed I would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again if we come back to stalis 
There are little underpasses just to the left as you walk out the gate into the beautiful village of stalis some fantastic restaurants down there can’t thank Maria and her family enough for looking after us during this visit 

Look past the negative comments it’s a lovely place 

One of the best around 

A great place to stay and its on the bus route. €4.10 from the airport to stop number 29.  The apartments are situated near the busy main road so if you are a light sleeper - which I'm not - bring ear plugs !  The apartment I was in was spacious and airy.  Safety deposit box and air con optional extras.  Air con 1 wk €18 / 2 wks €25. Air con daily rate €8. weekly rate €40 / 2 wks €70. The swimming pool is small and 1.5 metres deep. Very pleasant to cool off in. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the bar area beside it has an excellent menu.

Bus stop number 29 !

Just stayed at kiriakos for 1 week aug/Sept excellent apartments, lovley clean apartments, cleaned daily, lovely staff, bottled of wine ,water,and fruit waiting for you on arrival, can not fault the place at all .
