Me and my fiancee booked the nicest room in this resort over 14 months ago for OUR HONEYMOON

14 days before our wedding and 15 before we were scheduled to arrive at the hotel, the hotel cancelled our booking. No reason or explanation given. 

We are now stranded with nowhere to go on our honeymoon - everywhere else is booked due to the such short notice. We have paid thousands for this. Built our excitement up over the last 14 months

HOWEVER, I think it is actually a blessing in disguise. After reading the other recent reviews about this resort I think we had a lucky escape.

DO NOT BOOK!

We arrived tonight at this hotel after booking and paying in full 12 months ago .The hotel is a building site currently undergoing what looks like a huge refurbishment
How upsetting at 1am in the morning 15km in the middle of nowhere to have no accomodation.thousands of miles from home .Only a telephone ansa machine for the hotel contact.
Hotel is still taking bookings and on booking sites.Beware if thinking of booking we now have to find another 800 pounds to pay for alternative hotel.

Hotel closed for refurb never told us

Loverly boutique hotel, we were the first guest’s to arrive this year and the welcome was outstanding even though we arrived at 2150 at night. There a great views form all the terrace’s ( sea & mountains) , infinity pool with sea view and pool bar.

First time in Mykonos

Perfect location, amazing staff and wonderful Chef whose pasta sauces were amazing! I’ve tried to recreate since we got back but not a chance. Wonderful salads, amazing choice  and 🥤 wine at lunchtime 😳
 Room was very good although met lovely people with some in better rooms than us, maybe you should check this out? 
Spa was amazing, Effie  and George are so very good at what they do and always went the extra mile ( miss Effie Pentaraki loads she is a little Star ⭐️)
There is a problem with the decked areas there is no doubt about this it is dangerous and I feel for the hotel as they have clearly employed a company that could not provide the professional  finish required and I guess it cost a fortune,
Will definitely visit again and maybe do the whole group around the Greek Islands (God Willing) 😊

Amazing relaxing week in October 2021 (seems like a lifetime away! )

We spent fifteen days in this hotel complex. Very spacious room, very good sea water swimming pools and a top massage team!!! Thank you to Effi and her colleagues! We were all inclusive and nothing to blame!

Very good stay in Stavros

We are talking about a 5-star hotel, where the customer not only has to be welcomed for the service they want but above all must be coculated by the attention that a 2-star hotel can not offer. From the photos of the hotel website we seemed to be pleasant and rather new. Despite the various complications of booking and confirmation we decided to stay in this hotel on board. Arriving at the place we were disappointed. We are talking about a 5-star hotel, where the customer not only has to be welcomed for the service they want but above all must be coculated by the attention that a 2-star hotel can not offer. We arrived at the hotel in the late evening to find a small plate of ceramic with two decorated dishes, a fussy shampoo and two bottles of clean water on board. When we arrived at the place we were disappointed. This is a very flexible procedure on the hotel's doorstep. This is a very convenient way of staying in the hotel. After a long day I usually stay in the hotel, and after 5 days of waiting, I have to make sure that all the services are done and then

Absolutely not five stars!

My Wife and I wanted a relaxing break in the sun so we booked this hotel as it offered the Honeymoon Suite which was self contained with private pool.
On our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped to check us in and then we were taken too our suite in a buggy by a very friendly Porter who took care of our cases while we looked around our amazingly spacious and beautiful Suite.
We couldn't get over the size of our suite including the pool outside eating area and  two chill out areas not forgetting the outstanding views over the Mediterranean Sea.
The service and friendliness of all the staff was always welcoming including Stelios Who always asked how we were and how our day had been. 
The Restaurant staff always welcomed us and were there for what ever we needed including Artemis, Katerina Maria and Giorgos.
The Bar staff  Giaumis and the two Giorgos' were always friendly and happy to make any cocktail we asked for and even the Flaming Sambucas that were impressive.

Cristian was so friendly and came and sat with us for chats and even card games Such a nice Guy Well done in your first season in Crete.

We Were treated two a bottle of bubbly and a selection of fruit just a day into our stay also a few days later a selection of sweet pastries and two bottles of Raki which was an experience in its self. The day before our departure we received a complimentary bottle of wine which was also a nice touch.

Our Cleaners were so nice and friendly and kept our suite clean and also the outside space such hard workers.Thank you Ladies ! 

The Staff on reception led by Michalitsa were always on hand to help with anything from bus timetables to printing off our forms and much more.

Back to our Suite we cant say enough great things about this it was the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay in everything was spot on and the views including the sunsets were amazing. 

On our last day we were given a goodie bag by Michalitsa which was such a nice touch and the bag with all the names on and the card as well so nice Thank you.

Dimitris you have a wonderful Hotel and Spa and your Staff are a true Credit to you.

A Big Thank you to all of you for making our stay at MR&MRS WHITE an enjoyable and relaxing one.

Relaxing Holiday

I don't write negative reviews but this time I really feel like I have to do it to allow those who think of staying in this facility to make better choices. I went to this hotel with my husband last month and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The facility is beautiful but not at all well maintained and clean. I think no maintenance work has been done for at least a couple of years. Our room was far from the central station and the wifi almost never took. The first day we didn't clean our room and when we went to ask for explanations they told us that they didn't have the key to enter because it was kept by us. I would like to specify that no one had told us that it was the only existing key (in a 5 star hotel they don't have a copy or a few sports tables?).

Don't be fooled by the photos, make better choices, this can't be called a five-star hotel!

Very nice hotel (although it lacks a little refreshment) with nice services and very friendly staff. Very clean, with several swimming pools, superb terraces and very spacious. Meals can be taken outdoors with sea view, which is a plus. We really enjoyed the food, obviously, a lot of raw but also cheeses and fruits. As for hot dishes always 2 cooked dishes (mixed) with flavours of grandmother's recipe. Really delicious: mossaka, its flavor, daube, a vegetable soup etc...

Very good stay in a privileged place

Very nice hotel with very interesting all inclusive service. Magnificent setting. The city centre is 25 minutes from the hotel. The staff is very pleasant, listening.
