Everything is perfect here. Nice location nice restaurants, good Wi-Fi, nice rooms, and the owner is the nicest! Always helpful, always there! I can only recommend! We've been coming here over and over for years and it's always impressive!

That's great!

We had the pleasure of staying 7 nights at Nikolitsi studios.
We booked 2 studios with shared balcony.
Fotini the owner, picked us up at the port and took us to the studios.
Everything is clean, nice and the view from the balcony is breathtaking, it’s just amazing.
Fotini spoiled us with pastries, fruit, cake  and coffee, she even washed our dirty towels.
Fotini and her family is just amazing. You feel lik your second home and the gave us so much more than we expected.
Everyday she cleaned the 2 studios, and they were so fresh,
the studios also  had a brand new air con with silent mode, just perfect.
I cannot say enough good words about Fotini and her lovey family, if we ever come back to Symi, we will definitely stay there.
Thank you Fotini for giving us the best holiday.

Amazing place, the best

Nikolitsi studios in Harani Yialos Symi is as close to perfect as is possible. Great location great restaurant next door (Tholos). Beach round the corner (Paradise aka Nos ). Mine host is an absolute Angel . Her name is Fotini - she picked us up from the ferry and delivered us back to the ferry when we left at 4.15am in her car. Although the accommodation is room only coffees and wonderful food kept arriving suprisingly by Fotini. Such kindness and generosity makes you feel like one of  the family . Linen changed often. Bottled water in the fridge kept appearing. Accommodation 10 Fotini 11


Perfection

A studio by the water, cute, charming, very clean. The owner, Fotini, is in the minor care. She takes care of everything, thinks of every detail, cleans the rent every day. She came to pick us up by car at the ferry exit, offered us cold coffee and welcome cakes. In the fridge, there was water and other drinks. We can sleep at 3 in the studio, it will be a little tight! For 2, it's very good. A restaurant next to the studio, the Tholos, one of the best in Symi. A beach, Paradise beach is 40 meters away. Ideal to disconnect.

A charming rental with a beautiful view

Symi is the best place me and my girlfriend have been on in Greece. After visiting Greece approximately 7 times, it is easy to say Symi and Nikolitsi studios is the best place we have been on. Too quote Schwarzenegger "I'll be back!"

Amazing place 

With courtesy of our hostess Fotini, "live like a local"-atmosphere, a lovely balcony five metres from the sea, silent hoods, "private rocks" and good tavernas so nearby --- our holiday was perfect, just what we had been looking for.

Excellent location -nice place

Mrs. Fotini (owner) is helpful and warm person assisting you whenever is needed (very early morning drive to the port) 
Small breakfast gestures were not included but every day something hand made was waiting for us at our veranda .

Nikolitsi symi 

A great place to stay in Symi. The location is 50 m to the beach and about 300 m to the center of Symi. The owner of the place was very kind and perfect host until we left. Prices are very good. Apartments and furnitures are very clean. What else can one expect?

Perfect Location and Hosting in Symi

Our studio was big and was located in front of the port, on the first floor of the central building of Nikolitsis studios. It had a bedroom located in loft and a kitchen with living room which had a balcony with α great sea/port view. There was also a sofa that could be used as a bed for a third person. We were very pleased with the hospitality of the owners. The only problem we had was the poor WiFi. We would choose this apartment again on our next trip to Symi.

A very pleasant stay in a central spot!

The hostess is very kind and very helpful, and a very good cook. The accommodation is really nice with an incredible view. The bed is very comfortable, the studio is close to the harbour.
