Not according to the photos I don't understand the other positive reviews... the owners are top but the hotel is very lacking in maintenance. The rooms are old and outdated. Dust, spider webs, you take a shower with sea water. The pissenliab bar is closed, the hotel access to the beach is closed.

To repair

We stayed here for 4 nights ,room at the top good balcony at back shared and one at front our own so had best of both to get in shade . Good size room nice and clean and towels changed.small kitchen with enough to make snack and pasta ,good 2ring cooking and was quick .  Breakfast was included and it was good bacon eggs  cheese ham fruit yogurt cereal bread jam juice coffee and plenty of it . The owners were very friendly and helpful . We had a good deal at this place and would definitely go back again thanks for a lovely stay . 

Lovely view 

We stayed at this hotel in Kalimnos. This hotel has the potential to be amazing. The owner Babbis  is very friendly and you feel at home straight away.  The view was absolutely amazing from the back of the hotel but I couldn’t use the pool because it was not clean and I was so disappointed. There was a decent breakfast in the morning, fried eggs,bacon, cereal bread coffee etc. The sheets were spotless but surrounding area does need tending to.

Over night stay

The staff is warm, welcoming and friendly! The location is just perfect, in front of the sea. The view is stunning!The pool is a very nice place to relax! Absolutely recommended!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect location!Dreaming holidays!!

Stayed for the one night. Lovely view from balcony. Room very basic bedding clean. Apartment was a bit tired could do with a update. Otherwise no complaints . Bar area good and staff lovely . So for a one night stay basic but clean and does the job.

One night stay

This is a gem! Situated in idyllic Myrties with beautiful views over a swimming pool and the sea and opposite the charming island of Telethon and there's a bus stop right outside. The rooms are spacious, we have a flat with two big rooms with kitchenette, bathroom and air-conditioning
 The view from our balcony is stunning and on the opposite side is the bar which is open from early to late (but no noiseless to the rooms). You can have breakfast any time you like and anything you like and it's included in the room price - eggs, yogurt, bread, ham, bacon, cheese, omelette, orange juice you decide, amazing. And the staff's really friendly! There's a beach next to the hotel but you can easily walk to Massouri beach or rent a motorcycle or car and explore the island. You can tell it's popular by the number of returning guests. Truly value for money.

A place you would return to!

If you appreciate the following: sea views, a few minutes to jump in, the pool option, being right at the pier for the ferries to Telendos, the superpower, and having all the restaurants in close proximity, cats cheering around your legs, Greek music and lifestyle... then you will also (for the price of EUR15 per night/person including breakfast) be able to overlook the following: that your room is not the latest luxury, not made every day, and you may even change the room (if you stay longer).

Good price performance in the Greek male household

We stayed here for six days with the girls, very comfortable beach resorts and Telendos whose boats are every half an hour going down the stairs under the pool terrace. Bus and taxi stop in front of the property. Supermarket open all day until 10 pm in front of the pier. Car and motorbike rent at twenty meters. I read the other reviews and unfortunately agree with the cockroach problem: We have a nice quality-eating-price for those who choose it, on a similar human account. I spoke to the owners who told me that I was flying from the garden. In fact, they were arriving on our stairs and they were also closing up the apartment: there are still bugs: I bought a new cockroach on the balcony and I could not pay a lot of attention to the water. I can't wait until after the last night to see the actual cockroaches. We have never been in the same room, but we have decided to go to the beach, but we have a lot of fun. We also have a nice view of the beach, but we don't want to be in front of the two

Very nice and beautiful scenery

We booked a 3 night break to visit kalymnos whilst we were staying on Kos, I wish we'd booked longer! This place is in the most beautiful setting overlooking the beautiful coast line.. The place is very basic but the staff and the setting more than make up for the basic rooms, our room was very large with a breakfast bar, fridge/ kettle/toaster, 2cook rings.. The usual crockery that you would need although we never used it only being there for a few days, and they gave us breakfast in with the price of the room.. Toast/coffee/orange juice although we could have had a hot breakfast if we'd wanted it... This is one of the most beautiful places Iv been to for views scenery etc , it's very typical Greek, with a handful of shops bars restaurants etc, if you want more lively stay in the port when you get off the boat, you can walk from myrtles to massouri only about 5 minutes along the rd, stunning! We will definitely be booking to go back..
