Simplicity at its best… Family run, clean, basic accommodation. Room with kitchinette, bathroom and bed, airconditioned. The views at the sunset from the terrace is awesome. 
Parking is definitely a challange, if you have a car, as the narrow street makes it extra hard.
We will go back definitely…

Simplicity at its best.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Acropolis Hotel and it is great - we've been to Kalymnos a number of times now and this is easily the best hotel we have found there.  Soula, the owner is lovely, super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and have what you need, aircon, fridge freezer, basic cooking capability and with balconies with a great view over the bay to relax to and watch the sunsets!  They clean them daily, including washing the floors too.
Location wise, it is fantastic - in the centre with restaurants, shops and the beach within 2 - 3 minutes walk.  

A great little hotel

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly smiles and  a genuine desire to help make our holiday great.  Soula is a wonderful lady and the hotel is in such a fantastic position in the village.  You can hear the sea from the balcony.  The beds are the comfiest I have slept in anywhere in Greece, the rooms are kept beautifully clean, and when my daughter wasn’t well we were offered support and help if we needed it.  All in all a wonderful stay (the fact we stayed twice as long as originally planned speaks volumes ).  Some of the major positives: Water pressure great.  Large fridge/freezer.  Efficient air-con.  2 minutes walk from the beach and several tavernas and supermarkets.

There are many places offering accommodation in Masouri and new hotels open regularly. There is something great about being welcomed back each year as a family member. The community is always open and friendly, whether you’re a returner or first-timer to Masouri. The Acropolis Hotel is centrally located, clean and modern. The service is first class and the rooms are serviced daily. Soula and her staff will do their best to make your stay memorable.

Coming home as a family member

A wonderful holiday yet again. Can't fault the accommodation or the service and lovely people. Would recommend it to anyone. Couldn't fault the cleanliness with beds changed everyday in the extreme heat.

Nice clean hotel with friendly and very kind owners and staff. Every year it feels like coming home again. It has a very beautifull location with view on the sea and Telendos the island across. Very quiet at night. The rooms are spaceful with a little kitchen, good beds and na nice balcony. Very recommandeble!

Nice small hotel in the heart of Masouri (Kalymnos Greece)

An excellent hotel for all things Kalymnos. Soula will make you very welcome and you will feel like a family member. Rooms are modern, clean and well presented. Rooms are daily serviced with very regular laundry changes. The location is everything will superb views over Telendos and the magical sunset. You will find the central village location great for walking and driving across the island. Highly recommended 100%.

Holiday accommodation

We came to Acropolis many times in past 6 years. We also visited other hotels, but we came back  there for simple reasons: the wifi works better than other places, the beds (mattress) are significantly better than what we experimented, the hotel is really super clean and the managers are friendly. Worth to mention that AC works well and it's quiet. The windows closes well, and despite being in the main road, it stays quiet.
Very good value for the money. If you have kids, they can access to the beach alone.
For climbers: they will stock for free you luggage if you leave it here.
