Really wonderful place!
We are delighted with Filio Studios. This is the best place for families with children. Paradise, beautiful garden, clean, amazing beach at your fingertips. Amazing!

Студиji Филиос су јако добри за породице са дјецом. Велико и лијепо уређено двориште са различитим занимацијама за игру. Све је чисто, уредно и функционално (нпр. вањски тушеви за брзо спирање ситног пијеска). Чиста постељина и пешкири који се мјењају на свака 3 дана. Били смо два пута и ићи ћемо поново. 
На плажу, са ситним пијеском и малом дубином мора која је  погодна за малу дјецу, се силази буквално из дворишта што је највећа предност студија Филиос. На плажи има природна хладовина што је ријеткост и посебна погодност. 
То је веома тихо и опуштајуће место за боравак које препоручујем не само породицама са децом, већ свима који желе миран и опуштајући одмор. 
Лежаљке у природној хладовини, ситан пијесак у мору и на плажи, плитко и чисто море, студио апартман на дохват руке - шта више може да се пожели на одмору са малом децом осим боље интернет конекције? 
Има и бесплатан ви-фи, али  се често  прекида конекција.  Али по мом мишљењу и то је драж одмора. Одмор од интернета.

Filios studios are very good for families with children. A large and beautifully landscaped yard with various activities for play. Everything is clean, tidy and functional (eg outdoor showers for quick washing away of fine sand). Clean bed linen and towels that are changed every 3 days. We have been twice and will go again.
The beach, with fine sand and shallow sea depth suitable for small children, can be accessed literally from the yard, which is the biggest advantage of the Filios studio. There is natural shade on the beach, which is a rarity and a special convenience.
It is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay that I recommend not only to families with children, but to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing vacation.
Sunbeds in the natural shade, fine sand in the sea and on the beach, shallow and clear sea, studio apartment within easy reach - what more could you wish for on vacation with small children except better internet connection?
There is also free Wi-Fi, but the connection is often interrupted. But in my opinion, that's also the beauty of vacations. A break from the internet.

I suspected that something might be wrong when their "manager" rushed us to book and send him the deposit but we went with it anyway. I have major regrets now, should have just ended contact after those rude messages.
The hostess at the location was even more rude and always brushed off every complaint we had.
Furniture is old and rooms are much smaller than we thought so nothing really looks like the picture.
We liked the beach but it was not worth overpaying for these apartments.

Not what we expected

We came here as a couple for a quiet and relaxing vacation but we had no peace at all. Children were screaming day and night and nobody seemed to feel the need to do something about it when we complained, guess it was normal for them and you as a guest have to adapt.
Never again.

My wife and I stayed at this place last year and it was our biggest disappointment in 20 years of coming to Greece.
Communication with accommodation manager was extremely slow and he took forever to respond to our messages. When we finally managed to make a booking and got there was when real disappointments started.
Apartments are much smaller and older than you would think from the pictures, staff was rude on multiple occasions, wifi signal was really bad most of the time...
Only good thing is the location.
I do not recommend this to anyone.

1 star service for 5 star price

Studios Filio is an awesome place on Thassos for your family vacation with kids. Maintained on a daily level, grassy park with olive threes is surrounded by rooms/studios, overlooking the kids playground. The whole place is very clean (the bed sheets and towels are changed every 2 days), including rooms and the yard. It's very safe for kids to play and run around, while you're having your coffee, looking at them. You just need to take a short path from your room, through the yard, and you're at the beach in 15sek. The beach is sandy, clean, with natural sun block (you don't even need the beach umbrellas) and free beach sunbeds. The water is crystal clear and shallow, perfect for kids. We will definitely come back here, and personally I would recommend Studios Filio to everyone that wants to visit Thassos with kids.

Awesome place for a family vacation with kids

The location is situated next to the beach, the garden was OK. But our studio was a dusaster-broken refrigerator, broken door, broken sandwich toster, plates and coffe cups were also broken and old furnished. The bathroom was too small for 4 people and everything was too old for that price.  The host lady was not polite  - she was so angry because we used the barbecue 2 nights out of 7. She made a scandalous, because our childrens played with playstation and we stayed in the yard. 
No WI-FI and TV at all. Only 2 sun beds per room, even we paid for a studio with 4 beds. 
This place is completely 'no go'!

The host of the place is a crazy old lady!!! Don't even think of coming here. We were 7 families and we were very quite and not using much in the place. However the crazy old lady made a big problem because we were using the barbecue for 2 nights out of 7. She was yelling, shouting... This is absolutely not acceptable. This place is completely 'no go'! 
In addition she is chasing you all day not to touch anything around in the yard, she is chasing you on the beach. Absolutely crazy!

This place is a disaster

Pachis Beach is a beautiful spot on Earth, which attracting us like a magnet and we are keep on visiting for many years now. It's not a first time we are staying in Studios Filio and there is a solid reason behind it. The facility offers everything you need to spend a great time with your family and friends and our friendly host Dimitris did his best to make our stay unforgettable. Perfectly maintained yard and renovated cozy studios, equipped with everything you need are literally a minute away from the beach. There are free sunbeds on your disposal if you don't want to get your towel sandy. If you are a fan of traditional Greek food, the Pefkospilia Tavern nearby would be your best pick when the sun goes down. We will definitely do our best to visit Studios Filio again next summer.

Comfortable and very clean studios and bathrooms designed with a lot of good taste in a large and beautiful garden. We missed nothing. Great location. With the best host ever. A perfect place to stay!
