Studios Lotos is amazing place. Located very close to the beach and town centre with lots of small food shops ,bakery and just 2 mins walking to the beach and taverns. The rooms are modern furnished and being cleaned every day. There is a kitchenete, flat TV , air condition , fridge and fantastic balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or just chill out. The host Rita is a lovely and easy going person, always ready to meet your enquiries and her smile makes you feel welcome and comfortable. In addition the hotel has a big enough free private car park and you don't need to worry about parking space if you late.  The hotel is the best place we've ever been in Thassos, highly recommend and love to say a huge thank you to the owner and her fantastic housekeeping team.

Amazing

Our 2nd visit here. We requested a ground floor room and got it. Clean and modern decor towells changed frequently. The bathroom is modern but could do with better lightning. We stayed in Eleni' s apartment, she Is lovely and she and the staff remembered us! Her husband told us of  beach the locals use, we went it was great...... the only negative is the parking and when the eastern Europeans arrive in massive 4x4 it doesn't help.

Return Visit

Worth every penny. New, clean, owners very polite and do a good job to make you satisfied. Small swimmingpool with jacuzi. Parkingplace free. ACC is working but do not have the full capacity so dont argue because that is how it works on the island. I recommend this place with all full stars/signs. It is very quiet even though there are small children. You wont be disapointed 😀. Dont go to the citybeach, you have this chrystal clear wather on Psili Ammos Beach 5 km south from Potos. And if you travel to Marble beach i loved Vathy more, it was bigger and be there early. Drive to Thassos (west side of the island if you dont like hights)

We've stayed at Lotos one week and for us it was simply perfect - better that expected. Since the building is almost new, it all looks very nice, all is clean - both interiors and exterior. I'm not a big fan of a pool when I am at the seaside, but this one looks very cozy, with the little tables and sun beds around it, the fig trees nearby and the little decoration details. I felt immediately that I was in a vacation.
The room (a double one - Nisi, in Niko's Corner) is big enough (we had a double bad and a single one, I don't know if all the rooms are the same), a nice balcony where we eat our breakfasts and, of course, the kitchenette - with a little fridge and the electric stove that is powerful enough to cook all you want (we made just simple eggs  but they were ready immediately).
The bathroom is nice and clean, with a hairdryer.
They change the towels every 2 days and the sheets were changed once during our stay. However, they clean the room every day.
I liked the good location - just 1 minute walking from the pedestrian zone and 3 minutes from Potos beach (which is not the best in Thassos, but it is ok). There are lots of shops, including little supermarkets and bakeries nearby (1 or 2 minutes walking). Also, the road to the beautiful Teologos village starts in front of the studios. 
I was impressed that the owner gave us a little present at the check-out - a handmade decorated bottle, made by herself. 
I definitely recommend Studios Lotos!

Good value for money, excellent location, friendly owners

We stayed at Lotos and we are very fully satisfied with our 2-bed room (apartment), and whole place. We booked at Nikos, through a mail (direct contact), I paid some deposit at booking and rest of the money I paid as we came. So we didnt have a problems regarding a payment as someone here claimed.
Nikos and his wife Lena are very kind and polite. Rita (co-owner-Nikos' sister) also, so there is no difference at who you will stay. (Lena gave us a hand-painted ouzo bottle souvenir at check-out.)
Those are pretty new studios, with new furniture and materials, and modern design, very clean and tidy. Room cleaning, towel and bed sheets were changed daily or every two days, what positively surprised us. We didnt see even close such things as maggots and such a bullocks, I said it is VERY VERY CLEAN there.
Location is also perfect. It is in the strict center of Potos, with a lot of shops, tavernas, fast-foods.. around, but it is enough isolated for noise. It was enough quiet after 00:00 or 00:30 AM. It is a 3 min walk to the beach, through main street in Potos, and it is probably best location we ever stayed, if I exclude beach resorts.
WI-FI was OK-no trouble, satelite TV also... 
Parking is not included, but hosts will find you parking somewhere near, and it was not a problem for us at all. After that we found a parking in front of Lotos.
No a single minus I can give to Lotos, so I would recommend it to everyone. Couples, families, friends, solo, bicyclists...
