We loved the accommodation as it had everything we needed: a large room (we took a split level apartment), kitchenette with all needed (plates, dishes, soap, medium sized fridge). The cleaning was excellent (change of sheets & towels every 2 days also). Breakfast was offering enough. We loved that the resort has its own beach and the best comfortable sunbeds ever, very close and with a bar you can order drinks and snacks. I loved each room has its dedicated sunbeds reserved for the entire stay free of charge. We will definitely come back. Very child friendly also, which was important for us. The only downside is that the walls are thin so we could hear the noises from the neighbours, especially the bathroom plumbing for upstairs rooms. Nevertheless, the beds were very comfortable so we ignored the noises and had a very nice rest.

The best location, excellent accommodation and amenities/facilities, daily housekeeping, delicious breakfast, beautiful beach bar, friendly and professional staff. Close to restaurants, shops, beach activities nearby.

Great experience

Excellent hotel made all the better by really friendly hotel staff.  Great location, literally yards from the beach. There are not a great deal of restaurants nearby but we only stayed one night after the flight from UK into Greece. Highly recommend this hotel as the first leg of your Greek tour. Took us about 35 mins from Thessaloniki airport. Lovely breakfast too.

Loverly hotel. Great staff

Such a lovely place and great people. The hotel itself is great, but what we loved the most are the amazing people who work there. They made us feel welcome and helped us with all of our requests. They were most helpful when we had a cat issue. 
We highly recommend the place and can't wait to go there again.

Summer 2021

For us (family with 2 small kids) the location is perfect. Being very close to the beach.  Also, the beach is ideal for small kids, having fine sand and shallow water. The breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean. Finally,  the staff is amazing - making our stay even better. I recommend it without hesitation

Excellent location, amazing staff

Our stay at Fani's luxury apartments was amazing. The hotel is right at the beach, just a 5-min walk to downtown where all the bars and restaurants are located. We stayed at the suite, it was very spacious, clean, with great interior and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.  The service at the hotel was great! Anna, our hostess, was extremely nice and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious too! We can't wait to visit again!

Excellent service, magestic location!

We just got back from a wonderful holiday that we spent at Fani Luxury Apartments. Everthing there is just perfect. We had an apartment with split level, very nice and clean, with a beautiful seaview and they also serve a fabulous breakfast there. Also, the beach in front of the hotel is a sandy beach, with shallow waters, ideal for familles with small children. Special thanks to Tasos who made sure that we have a perfect stay, helping us with everything. 

Excellent accommodation

Loved this hotel.  The people were very friendly and helpful.  The room was clean, spacious, and had a small kitchenette.  Beds were comfortable. Hotel is located right on the beach and walking distance to town.  Great value.

Can't beat the views!

Fani Luxury Apartments is probably one of the best vacation premises in Stavros village. The photos and descriptions on booking.com are real ones. The hotel is a new two floors building with side sea view and direct looks to very close mountains (there is a big apartment with sea view). If you could we recommend to get an apartment on the first floor. The hotel is designed with many practical and at the same time luxury ideas. A place with specific relaxing atmosphere. The building is separated from neighboring homes and you enjoy a big outdoor space. The useful comments: sandy beach in a distance of 50 – 90 m.; excellent breakfast (something you may get in a 4-5 stars hotels) served on a terrace facing the beach and sea; the sea water is shallow (important for small children); cleaning every day and each second one towels and linens changing; fantastic Internet (navigate Google maps in real time – unusual comparing with other Greek places); free parking on a paved very well maintained area; professional management – ask kind front office manager Maria for everything; a lot of restaurants in a walking distance. 
In the season the beach could be overcrowded – it is a public one. We found a better one driving few kilometers in Olympiada village direction -  GPS N 40.66375, E 023.71470. Direct access from the road, parking in tree shadow, organized beach with several bars, showers, changing rooms, there are free areas also.
There are very beautiful beaches after Olympiada villages – unfortunately these places are not well marked on the road. Get there coordinates in advance.
The hotel is in an area that is growing still – the maintenance of the area could be better, the same for Stavros as a village.
We used pre-payment – 50% of the total. Accepted three type of credit type – see booking.

We rented the biggest apartment...for 7 people... Everything is just perfect...cosy,clean,modern.Also the breakfast if very versatile and delicious. low price off season....and very close to the beach. We love it!!
