We phoned to say we would not be arriving until 10pm. When did arrive Nico was there to greet us. 
Retired to bed after a couple of cold beers served in frosted glasses.
Breakfast the next morning we were greeted cheerily by Kylie in the dining room where nothing was to much trouble.
Our room is one of the last to be refurbished having previously stayed in it three years ago. Yes the bathroom and bedroom are dated, but kept clean. Hopefully when we return the room will have been refurbished.
Breakfast was good, but I would like to have seen the availability of bacon on the menu.
Parking was plentiful.
Only a short walk down to the beach.
The outdoor area of the hotel has been updated and is a pleasant area to sit and relax in.
On the last night I wanted zero coke, but the hotel was waiting for a delivery. The owner popped out  and returned a few minutes later with my coke! Service!
Looking forward to returning next year. 


Improvements each time

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had only booked for one night, but due to ferry times at Igoumenitsa we had to stay another day.
Although it meant a room move we only moved once the young lady called us to say the new room was ready.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable with air conditioning that worked.
Breakfast was more than adequate with a reasonable choice. Good filter coffee!
Plenty of car parking at the front and back.
The beach is only a short walk from the rear garden where the kid's play area is.
At the beach there are plenty of su beds and umbrellas - operated privately - free to us, just buy food or drink which is very reasonably priced.
All in all for the price it was worth it.


Simple and pleasant 

It's been a long time since I've seen a hotel work this hard! Simple but spotless. Amazing 5-course breakfast, such KINDNESS! Much more than expected for the price. Wifi could use a boost, but wow! Off the beaten path and worth the stay. 

Little Gem!! 

Stay away from this hotel!
The room is small .Bed is really uncomfortable. Pillows was small and old.Bathroom is dirty.
Just location is good. Very close to the beach but price is to high . Breakfast  is not included . We defiantly not coming back there.

Bad condition room and bath

The hotel is convenient for a weekend get-away. 100 metres walking distance from the beach.Has a nice garden.Rooms are clean,very simple furniture,bathroom is outdated and not very nice.Breakfast is good.

September Weekend

The Hotel rooms are old, with old and dusty furniture. The bathroom has mold, and very old and uncomfortable commodities inside. We were there for 3 days, but twice we had to wait for hot water for more than half-hour. 

It is outside Asprovalta, too far to go by foot to the city. It is 10 minutes walking distance to a bad beach, so if you want a good beach you need to take a car. So you need a car for the beach and for going out.

I forgot some clothes in the closet, sent mails and called them 4 times, but they denied that anything was there. 

Wouldn't recommend it, especially not for the price they're charging.

Old hotel, poor conditions. Left some clothes there, they didn't want to return them.

Proven as a place and beautiful.The beautiful beach with fine sands finishes the sea green color.The people are very kind and always available.The Greek cuisine is full of fish and vegetables every fresh day.The wine is very tasty with first choice.Clean hotel by the sea,the rooms are large and clean.For the excursions we have so much to offer.For the excursions we have been on the boat to visit the Meteor Islands where brothers live and bring everything to survive with the rope.
