Are stars falling from the sky??
- in Venice tourist tax is 5 euros here it is 7!???
- a local taxi driver defined the localisation of the otel as "nothing".
- 4 star but no shower cabin 
- you have do your own bed 
- no city map nothing
 -nobody helps a lone traveling woman
- they made a deal with a mafia kind of tour guide.
-away from finding solutions 
- no glass in the room either a table but 4 stars 
- their is "chair" is you want to put your back somewhere

biggest fraud of the year

First clue that something is not right.. The hotel sign is broken and the light was off at night. The receptionist was really really polite and helpful. The best part of this hotel...Now,the room can be called spacious ,air conditioning was working well and the WiFi too. Clean small balkony with view at the pool area , which also looked okay. The furniture are kind of old, floors and carpets not really clean and the bathroom could be improved too, really not a 4 star hotel. Worst part of all,was the breakfast of course. I have worked in hotels for almost 12 years,from 3 to 5 star ones. Being indulgent,that was a breakfast of a maybe 2 star hotel. No vegetables and fruits at all, except some tomato and olives. Warm food was only omelette and fried eggs,bread was of the  lowest quality. Haven't seen anything like that all the years I'm traveling around Europe. I was really sad and felt shame , seeing the surprise in the eyes of some other guests. Fox it or close it.

Wrong

This hotel most definitely is not 4 star at the most 1 star the food is awful we had paid for half board but ate out because the food was in edible , would definitely not recommend this hotel it needs a massive overhaul and a new chef !!!!

2 night stay 😕

As first, the hotel is far from city and locates near of a industrial area. So you can see small factories. Wifi is not enough. Room was very cold and our room's air condition was  not working. There is no footwear even though we asked to information desk and it is not nice to walk in the floor with wet feet. The most important wrong was the blankets were very dirty and were smelling badly. Our room's shower did not have the cover and everywhere became wet. The breakfast also was not so good; for example, the tea was very strong but there was no hot water to add. As a result, we will never stay there again and I don't advice this hotel...

FAKE 4 STAR HOTEL

The stuff was pretty friendly and also the only thing good in the hotel. It surely does not deserve 4 stars. The rooms were untidy with rusty furniture. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was poor same as the one in the lobby. There was no variety for breakfast. I was disappointed!!

Not satisfied 

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars... Is a 1 * hotel with old and used  furniture, in the bathroom waa not cleaned, the rowels were yellow-gray not white, the smell in all the hotel is awful... in all corners were spiders and dead insects.

Horrible

I stayed one night and the experience was not very pleasant. The place is not too clean, the rooms have a bad smell and if you open the window it smells like sewage or other chemical compounds. The breakfast was mediocre, very poor in choices and the products served were of weak quality. I ate better at two stars than at this hotel.
