Arriving at 2 am at the bus station which is miles outside central Thessaloniki,basically hit the first hotel i came to that didnt have drunks or sexworkers hanging outside.
Charged 35 euro for a room with a balcony looking out over a rubbish tip,old furniture,lumpy bed,tiny bathroom with old fittings and dirty.
When i saw it in broad daylight couldnt understand why i had even gone in in the first place.
Another 15 minutes or so would have hit the city center with hotels offering higher standards for same price.

Complete disaster

Decent place at a decent price. Staff were very friendly and professional. Wi-fi connection is good. The room was clean and offered all basic amenities minus the minifridge - there was a shared fridge in the corridor. May not be very suitable for families with kids or people not used to late night party noise as the place is close to some clubs where the party goes until morning. Overall is a very decent place, decent price and great location.

A decent place, decent price and great location

the two of us arrived at 2:AM. we've been overcharged by the old man at the front desk for a dirty triple room at the thrid floor. it was extremely noisy, dirty and we felt like in an abandoned postapocalyptic hotel. we had no blankets and we barely got a small one from the owner. never again! 

Dirty, noisy, overcharged (while offering NOTHING)

The hotel is located in the city centre, 10 mins walk to Aristotelus square. Good thing is that it is not so noisy as in the hotels on the main boulevard.
The room and bath are really tiny but this can be handled for 1 or 2 nights stay.
The hygiene can be definitely improved.
However it is a good value for money when you consider the fact that in general the hotels in Thessaloniki are overpriced for the conditions they offer.

Good hotel for one night stay

After a long day traveling we needed a bed,seen the sign for 25 euros .we took a room for 35 euros because it had its own bathroom.we asked if it had Wi-Fi .he said yes.the bathroom Was OK but the room wasnt great and it smelt really bad of smoking.the balcony was at the back ,so the only view was of rubbish people chuck out of the other buildings. The internet did not work at all,told him but still no internet.the air-conditioning was we at 26. They don't let you have the control for it so we asked him to turn it down to 18 for us,he only turned it down to 25.for 4 euros more go to the hotel Aegeon across the main street...and you even get WiFi and breakfast.
