Room was really clean, good AC and quite large. There was a nice bathroom and a little kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave and sink for breakfast. There is a shared balcony with all the rooms with two chairs and a table for each room. Lovely to watch the sunrise. The host was very friendly and always contactable, she organized a car for us to rent. There is a grocer shop not too far away. Hotel is in walking distance to main area with restaurants but far enough from the noise. Very difficult to find and google maps will lead you the wrong way, but ask the host for directions as the Fira streets are like a maze. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect from start to finish.Katerina is a jewel in the crown 👑 couldn't be more helpful organised taxi transfers ,boat trip, restaraunts. Loverley clean room private wonderfully decorated would definitely recommend to any one staying in Santorini

Excellent location away from hustle of main centre but easy walking distance of everything. Room small but very clean and well equipped. Daily cleaning service. Katatrina the host was excellent nothing was too much trouble she offered to arrange trips and transfers. She stored luggage and allowed us facilities to change before heading kate to the airport. 
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent value for money and location

Just got back from a 3night stay here. Katarina is a wonderful host from the moment we arrived till the last moment we left. Organised transfers to and from hotel and also very competitive ATV hire. We had 1 bed villa sea view with jacuzzi.  Its very clean functioning villa. 2 TVs (not that we had time to watch) kitchenette, showeroom and toilet and living area and 1 double bedroom with AC throughout. A lovely spacious balcony with stunning sunrise view. For sunset views Nectarious villas is located in a prime spot that is 10min or less to the Caldera and all the bars, restaurants and local restaurants. I would not hesitate to book direct with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent for couples

Katerina and her son are simply spectacular, attentive, professional courteous and never invasive and have always managed to satisfy us for all our needs.

Top structure in the centre of Fira

Staff: Very helpful warm and welcoming especially Katrina.
Room: very clean and tidy with great sunrise view. Fast WiFi and very hot water. Kettle and cups available in room, coffee maker available at the reception. Iron available upon request.
Location: Amazing location for those who want to walk to the city center. A 24hr bakery close by and 24hr mini market. 12 minutes to the central bus station.

The whole experience was amaizing, the hotel is well  located in the heart of Fira. It has amazing Sunrise in the mornings.The hotel is very clean Katerina cleans the room almost daily. She is very helpful for everything, as it was October when we visited and the rainy days start she said to us go and see the sunset in Oia as it might rain, i am very thankful for that. Local Restaurants are very close to the hotel you can walk to Caldera. It was a beautiful holiday for us, and Katerina made it even better, thank you so much From Miranda and Tori hope to se you guys again in future☺️

I never leave reviews, good or bad but this place was a 20/10. The nicest place on the island run this place. They clean your room perfectly everyday, find you affordable taxis, are the first to tell you good morning and on our last night before we left, they left us a homemade Greek dessert on our bed. So heat warming and amazing. It’s super close to the town and accessible easy to the Fira town by foot and everywhere else because of the near by bus stop. The best place you could stay in Santorini.

Everything is wonderful! Staying here made my stay in Santorini perfect. Caterina, the owner, super available and kind. She booked us a taxi both on the way and on the way back to the airport; always ready to advise us where to go and always available. We were able to leave our luggage there once we checked out without any problems. The room is perfect for a couple, well furnished, every day they would come to make our bed and change the towels.
