Dream Island is right on the beach - clean, airy, comfortable and spacious room - the host is charming, very friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. Great value.    We stayed in apartment 12 which has two double rooms and overlooks the sea.

Wonderful

This is a great place, right on the beach. The family that runs the hotel is very helpful, and extremely kind. 
We stayed two weeks and had a great time relaxing on the beach.
The hotel is about 5-10 minutes from the harbour and the village square. The rooms have a small pentry, AC, and Wi-fi.
And you should know that Kicki prepares really delicious greek meatballs and salad! 



Amazing place, great hospitality!

Great place with super beachfront location. Good service with extremely nice hosts. Lovely atmosphere and absolutely fantastic place for those who enjoy quiet and relaxing Greek idyllic holiday. Can not get any better.

FANTASTIC BEACH HOTELL (our holiday august 21st to september 4th  2019)

We left Dream Island 5.August 2019 and have already booked our trip next summer. This will be «number 10 in a row» at this lovely, friendly place. Yannis, Kiki, Aki and Nathalie are extraordinary people. We never consider going anywhere else!


Dream Island forever

I had the best service ever from Kiki and Yannis the owners of Dream Island Hotel. Each morning Kiki asked me "what would you like to eat today" and she went about cooking it for me. Now that's what I call service!!! Nothing was ever too much trouble for KiKi and Yannis. Yannis is Kiki's husband and when he realised I liked fresh fruit he would go to his garden and pick fresh figs and grapes for me! Oh and did I mention, he makes a mean Greek Salad! Thank you Kiki and Yannis for a traeting me like family! I loved  my stay at @dreamislandtilos. I'll definitely be coming back!!'

Best service and exceptionally clean

This is a quiet place I certainly will return to. Sixth time. First time there as a widower though, half a lifespan too early, returning both to refresh and relive the good memories, and create new good memories. (It worked.) The hotel is so neat, clean and so well taken care of it feels like it was nearly just recently built. A perfect starting point for a daily hiking trip in the steep hills and small mountains of the island, or just to walk around the corner and jump into the sea for a swim. Walk to a restaurant or eat your lunch at the hotel. And the beds are still nearly literally a dream to sleep in. You are also well looked after by the owners and staff.

Sixth time in ten years, I believe. Certainly not the last.

We have just got back from our second trip to Dream Island and we loved it just as much as the last time. The location is beautiful, peaceful, spacious apartments and Akis and the family are really helpful and friendly. We will be back in May to experience the beautiful nature of the island of Tilos. Thanks Dream Island and Tilos - see you next year.

Another fabulous holiday

clean, friendly and lovely location in Livadia where to spend holidays out of the crowd even in August. If you are searching nightlife, shopping and special events for tourists, Tilos is not the place for you. If you need clear sea, relaxing environment, silence and incredibly starry nights, Dream Island is perfect. Excellent quality of food at lunch, really homemade. Kiki and her family make Dream Island a little Paradise (even with limited wifi only in the beach: a real dream!)

Simply Great! !! I'm completely satisfied!!! Quality, location and cleanness of this hotel are unique. Highly reccomended for relaxation and its tranquill atmosphere. Staff are also very hospitable and helpful. I'll come back for my holidays next year!!

Dream Holidays!!!

The hotel is located on the beach. The appartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even so;The staff was not very service-minded. Especially not the son of the house. He was very eager to point out that you have to by someting from them - even if you staied on the hotel and bought lunch there. The breakfast was a disappointment. It was the same tost every day, and no frech bread. The lunch was also a disappointment. The prices were higher then on the other restaurants, and the food was bad. We had an chikken that was not baked right through. The aircon is overpriced, it costs 60 euro/week!! Sorry, but we will not book this hotel again.
