Hotel in a great location with a beautiful but old-fashioned sea view. The price is not worth the service. Breakfast without anything special. Unfortunately, even the beach below has revealed a very ugly surprise: a fountain of smelly water that descends to the sea amidst all the swimmers.

Better than black Kalo.

We had accepted Booking's proposal to book a dinner at 15 EUR/p but the hotel owner did not expect it. He nevertheless insisted on offering us a warm (very decent) meal at a reasonable price.

Family hotel

I have been in this hotel recently and I was given a room that was not properly cleaned and prepared for hosting new guests. We complained to the reception about the status of the room, but instead of apologies and attempts to fix the situation, the receptionists tried to convince us that the room was in good condition. I was really disappointed by this behavior of the service and in the end I had to pay the normal price of the room. Overall, the hotel and service was disappointing despite the very nice location and the great view of the seaside. So be very careful before deciding to book in this hotel.

Room not clean and disappointing service.

The hotel is well situated in front of the beach, friendly staff and spacious and clean rooms, but in general the hotel is a little decadent, needs a good renovation but especially the bathrooms and facade.

 Improved

Situated just above the beach, at the end of Frantzh Street. Quiet situation, in the evening we hear the waves. Rooms with sea views and large balcony, preferred to the back rooms overlooking the street without exit. Some rooms are well renovated, modern decor and well equipped with TV (unfortunately there are only Greek channels), dry hair, empty fridge, a very quiet airco, strong chest but low flow. It is a shame that there is no hot water the council because the hot tub is probably cut off in September when there is no more interest from tourists. The hotel is located at the top of the beach at noon.

A renovated hotel, but still in need of improvement

The building is antiquated, although it is more than enough. The room, splendid. A balcony from which I could see a sunset, unforgettable. Facing the beach and very quiet. The breakfast something fair, perhaps. Kind people.

A wonderful Atardecer.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to us even with our very limited Greek language. The views and proximity to the Ionian Sea are unbelievable and the rooms are super comfy. We are looking forward to our next visit in the spring for Easter.

A wonderful place :)

Room was very nice renovated views fantastic of the sea.big balcony. Bathroom was very average low light and shower doors half hanging off tracks. We stayed in room 108. What we hated was the hotel corridor where it has an automated lights that dont go on till uou reach the lift, so you cant see where u r going. Carpet in corridor old. Breakfast was good on balcony.  Very nice pool. Overall it very good.

++ Location is great cause it's [by foot] 1min from the beach, 5mins from the main square and the bus/train station, next to the main road going north and south of the Peloponnese.

+ Breakfast was standard but all fresh and well taken care of

Great location and amazing view

This hotel sits atop a small hill overlooking the Ionian Sea.  It is located across the street from the sandy public beach which has some restaurants and bars to compliment the beach volleyball and other activities.
The hotel lobby is large and contains a bar with balcony overlooking the ocean.  This area is also utilized for the morning complimentary breakfast which is good.
The rooms are decent size with WiFi but do have some deferred maintenance issues such as off the track shower doors. The place is older and the third level is barricaded off with furniture.  This is a bit unusual and I'd suspect the roof leaks on the third level and damaged the ceilings etc but that is just a guess. 
The folks working the desk were pleasant an helpful.
