The Livikon is well located at one end of the promenade in Hora Safkion.  The rooms are stylish,  the bathroom is well appointed and the juliet balcony is perfect for a late afternoon vino with a view.  The hotels restaurant is one of the best in the area and the hosts offer every assistance you may require.

Great value and highly recommended.

Luxe Livikon

The place is quite and peaceful, it has an amazing view and it's located in a good position for going to some of the best south beaches (tripetra, preveli, matala...).
The owners are kind. 
The place is not super clean, but has got everything you need (bed, bath, fridge, gas, dishes).
A car is needed in this part of the island.

A quiet piace with an amazing view

Pros Nice location, great view, just 2min drive from the beach.
Friendly and polite staff.
Conveniently separated into 2 rooms with separate bathrooms
Cons:  The rooms and furniture were were basic and quite old with no windows whatsoever for the bedrooms, just two wooden doors, one for main entrance and one for the balcony, that once we closed them both, there was complete darkness even at noon and we had to turn on the light.
There was no door separating the two bedrooms.
Hard matresses.
The toilette flush on one bathroom was broken.

Good location but needs serious improvements

very good hotel!good people at reception.the view is perfect!the restaurant is 20 meters for the room you can go to eat good food!agios pavlos has perfect beaches!you have to go to this magical place!

Vacation

I really con understand how it has good reviews. Our standarts are not high when toi see a low price on the high season but this has unbelievable.
The owner seemed friendly on the phone.The bulding has first and second floor but each floor is a different hotel, seemed like the spleet the hotel in half in twp families. Ours was runed by the owners childern , really young and ignorant. The girl showed us the room the frond door need two people to push to enter and could not open fully. The room was simple , no problem with that. We asked the girl second pillows , there where only two and she replied , we do not have, i told her ...take one from an empty room..then she found one like i told her. The room was dark so we tried to go out to the balcony surprise thw door did not open, called the the girl and sayed should be working...she KICKED the door and pull it and then yes is was open...each time we wanted to go out, we had to do the same. The friedge was smelling humidity , the aircondition was really noise and pury working..and no TV i normally do not mind but in such measerable room would be usefully.

Stay away...pay more and get a decent sleep. 
Owners burn it, better or renovate.

P.s in the middle of the night two couples came and left after the saw the room.

Burn it better, worst experience

Stayed here two nights.  Very friendly staff, free laundry. Great room, spotless with large balcony and direct water view.  Well located on main street but still quiet. Easy off street parking was a bonus.
