Excellent accommodation in a great location for the accessing the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket and a fabulous bakery.  We had two apartments (7 & 8) and loved our week’s stay.   The overall maintenance and cleaning of the rooms, outdoor area and pool is outstanding.   Would highly recommend!

Fabulous!

Just returned from our third stay here and have already booked to return again in May 2021.
Taletos Maisonettes are lovely - very spacious, on two levels with two bathrooms and two balconies.
Argyris looks after his guests very well and the lovely pool is spotless.
Great location close to the main supermarket and bakery and easy stroll to both beaches and all restaurants.

Third visit and just as fabulous

Just stayed here for a week in a studio. It was just fabulous really clean, nice pool and a great location. The owner was very helpful. The pool bar is not open at present due to Covid. My only negative was it needs a toaster and a better hair dryer. But we have booked again for next year, counting the days already

Taletos apartments is a unique place to enjoy your holidays in the heart of mani!
Just few meters above the sea,very clean environment and politeness from all the personnel and the owner!

Εξαιρετικό!

Pros: well decorated, spotless inside and out, good mattresses on beds (not so on the pull-out ones), family friendly, well attended garden, clean pool, understanding owner, spacious, standard equipment, traditional stone building, ecologically conscious, very close to a bakery. 
Cons: on the main road (noise, smells, traffic when outside), pool closes at 18:00 (too early to enjoy), needs better system to manage keys-power-air conditioners (cannot go out if one is sleeping it even on another floor, cannot open the toilet window -!- or the air conditioner turns off). 
Note: half a km from the beach front, so beware on the scorching summer days. 

Pros and cons...

A very pleasant stay at Taletos Apartments - I love how the apartments are situated in the quieter part of the village, right next to the bakery and supermarket but away from the bustle of the beach and promenade. 

The views over the mountains and the sunset from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking - it really is such a lovely spot for a relaxing family break. 

Each maisonette is situated directly in front of the pool - perfect for adults to enjoy a little down time with a book or Greek coffee whilst the children splash around. The rooms are IMMACULATE and very well equipped if you enjoy cooking whilst on holiday. The pool bar offers a good range of lunchtime snacks and drinks at reasonable prices.  The owners were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to fix our broken pushchair after an unfortunate incident on our inbound journey. We’ll be back!

Peaceful yet convenient location - perfect with small children!

this looks and feels like a family-owned business which is a very good thing as it has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There's a nice pool/bar area with all rooms/apartments around it. We stayed at a maisonette with 2 levels and 2 bathrooms, 2 (or maybe 3) balconies :) . Although the furniture/decor were not exactly our style, everything was clean and quite new. The maisonette included a fully equipped kitchen. The price was very decent also. 

Finally, as many have mentioned, its a 5-minute walk to Stoupa beach and around 15 minutes to Kalogria beach

Amazing family holiday at  this lovely small family run complex. 
Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and it all makes for a very relaxing holiday. 
Close to Stoupa and all restaurants and beaches. Amazing we will be back xx

Family Holidays

It was very quiet during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of June. Very attractive small and personal complex. Location is excellent, being a 5 minute walk into Stoupa, with plenty of restaurants but take a 15 minute walk over to the lovely beach of Kalogria, where there are a few more, in a beautiful setting, especially in the evening.
An excellent supermarket and a bakery are within a few minutes walk .So there is a real ease about staying here.
The family who own Taletos are very friendly and make people feel welcome. The apartments are extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained. I would definitely return.

We loved the Taletos Apartments

Can't rate Taletos Apartments highly enough. We had maisonette 1 for 3 day in May as part of our tour of Peloponnese area of Greece. This was one of our favourite places we stayed. The whole place was spotlessly clean, as was the communal areas around the pool & reception & pool bar. We found everything was exactly as described in website. Kitchen with full sized fridge & freezer, cooker, plenty of crockery, including glasses,  cutlery & utensils. The small resort is about ten years old but you really can't tell - partly due the the timeless stone buildings but the interiors must be regularly maintained. Our maisonette had hand painted art on the walls in most of the rooms and the stairs were a work of art. All the windows, including the French window in the bedroom have good quality screens on but we didn't need them as we didn't see any flying insects while were stayed. Its a short walk, via several routes, to the beach & sea front restaurants bars & cafes. A taxi driver in Athens told us Stoupa has the best beach in Greece - & I can say its the best beach we saw while there, golden sand,  very few pebbles or rocks, so easy to get in & out of the water &  regularly dragged for any debris, natural or otherwise.  We rarely return to a town, let alone the same  accommodation but we did discuss returning to Taletos apartments to stay for a weeks holiday at some point in the future.
