Extremely small and dirty rooms, unsanitary bathroom, the same food every day, the pool in the pictures does not exist, and the sunbeds that belong to the hotel are for a fee, in the presentation pictures the emphasis is mostly on the beach. The road to the hotel is full of rubbish and the prices for drinks at the bar are exaggerated (although I had all inclusive most of them were for a fee at the beach bar). Stop posting so many pictures of something you don't offer.



Disappointing

Good points:- 

friendly and helpful staff, fantastic beach, lovely views, relatively clean hotel, warm sea, clean beach, discounted beach chairs for hotel guests, plenty of parking for hire cars etc, nice beach bar, nice hotel balcony with sea view, good beds. 

Bad points:- 

40c++ July holiday - room air conditioning faulty and was never sorted out which made the stay unbearable - told staff 4 times and they did nothing! 

Water supply to rooms for shower, toilet and sinks stops working all the time, very little hot water, toilet in our room had skid marks on it, filthy toilet, no swimming pool as per photos, smell of cigarette smoke a lot in the room even when doors and windows were shut, toilet backed up, car park very dusty and dirty with rubbish piled up like a corporation tip at one side, all inclusive food was bad, bad quality food, terrible choice and variety, limited choice of drinks at the free bar.

A fair review

We spent a week of our vacation at the hotel. All family members were very satisfied, for this price I spent a great vacation. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and used, the equipment, facilities and functionality correspond to the price category.
There is sometimes a problem with water on the islands, but you wait a while and it's fine.
Right in front of the hotel is a very nice sandy beach with sunbeds. The entrance to the sea is gradual, very suitable for families with small children. For water activities (jets, para, etc.) you need to go to other beaches on Vasilikos, but it is a short distance.

The price-performance ratio is excellent

Rooms are really small. Not good housekeeping service. Mediocre catering service. Not really professional behaviour from the hotel staff, apart from the manager. Should not be rated more than 50-60 euros with breakfast included.

Very small rooms

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach. This is the only positive I have to note. We booked a triple room with sea view and got a small double room with slight side sea view. After complaining we got an even smaller double room with sea view and a rusted rollaway bed for our son. The majority of the rooms at the new building are very small even for 2 persons. The cleaning ladies just take the garbage out of the room daily, nothing more. Cleanliness all around the hotel was really bad. 
There was no table at our balcony and one day after we complained they put an old wooden worn out and dirty table that could have been easily found thrown away at the garbage of your neighborhood. One afternoon there was only hot water due to some technical issue, so we missed our shower. All meals were poorly cooked, dairy products were kept at ambient temperatures at the buffet, and insects were all around the buffet and our tables. I have stayed in much better hotels paying half of this daily rate! The Hotel Manager though, is the only person in that hotel that acted as a professional. All others tried and were polite, but acted like they work at a camping!

You don't get what you pay for!

Never take this hotel if you don't want to ruin your vacation, pleaseeeeee
Do not recommend to anyone,no pool, food is terrible, rooms are dirty and old, without your transport you will not be able to go anywhere.

Worst hotel ever

Nature made this spot well, it would be great to return.
We wanted a room next to a nice beach and this one delivers.
Especially if you do not like luxury.
Decent sized family room, including larger fridge then elsewhere, small balcony. Rarely internet worked and even if working only in the beach, bar and lounge areas. In five days, our room was cleaned once after I have repeatedly insisted.
Food is okay and generous. Village is at 20min walk, so you need to rent a car. We decided not to and walked. Was okay.
Waves are amazing when windy. 

Great remote spot for sun & swim 

This place was the most filthy place I’ve ever booked. The rooms and swimming pool and the common area were all dirty, customer service/receptionist  is in urgent need of training.
The swimming pool is nothing like the pictures you see online. Do NOT book it. That place will ruin the few days holiday you’ve planned to enjoy. As when informing them the place isn’t anything like in the picture they laugh and look at you like you are in the wrong.

If I were you, I would like think ten times before booking.

DO NOT BOOK it!!!! 
Worst place to stay while in Zakynthos

We can hardly imagine better place to spend holiday with child(ren). Renovated modern hotel. Quiet place, excelent all day service (superb food!), regular cleaning. Little bit isolated but hotel administrative is ready to offer fair support in hiring vehicles (delivered to place). Mean beach with peggle strip some 2-4 metres in shore. Near the rocks on the right wing nice pure sand beach. Water clean and warm. We will come back, no doubts!

Just wonderful

this place has amazing customer service. the lunch buffet is over the top with delicious traditional greek cuisine and the gentlemen who worked at the outside bar was a total doll. Very nice and shared a ton of information about the island with us. 

I came here with my husband. it was a very lovely stay and one of the my favorite stops when I come to the island.
