We were very happy in this apartment. They were clean and cool with a great view. The rooms were cleaned everyday and we always came back to a tidy, clean and cool room. Very reasonably priced. We can recommend these apartments, especially for families.

Family of 4

Way overpriced . Very small stuffy room crenelations like window and the most terrible matress (in need of a chiropractor in the morning). Shower so tight with a disgusting feeling of the shower curtain on your nody.
Bad experience and breakfast to the most minimal of expectations.

Sleepless in Gerolimena

We stayed in a tower room,very nice!As far as cleanliness is concerned, very satisfied.The bathroom is not big,but no problem.We were spoiled with food, typical regional cuisine and very tasty. Very friendly and helpful family, they were there for us in every way.

We stayed for a few days on August. Good location also for exploring the area. Clean  water good for swimming.The apartments are 5-10 min on foot far from the village center along the main road, with private parking; very recent construction; clean; well equipped; same property as the O Gerolimenas hotel. Efficient, polite, professional staff/owners.

Good location

They are from the same hotel management with the same name on the tiny bay of Gerolimenas but these are very new apartments and with every comfort (the hotel is very very very old although facing the sea and much less beautiful than the apartments) slightly decentralised but obviously a car in the Peloponnese is needed...excellent quality price ratio...look out from the balcony the view of the rock wall every night illuminated by green lights...an optical effect in contrast to the sea water at night that creates a unique suggestion!!!!

That's amazing!

We stayed at this hotel in August 2017 with my wife and son. 2nd floor, no elevator, the room had windows with broken glasses. The bathroom is unacceptably bad. We only stayed for 2 nights and left the place immediately. The only positive thing is the location that is almost in the sea and the room view that is astonishing...payed 60€ per night for a room that should cost less than 20€, but it was high season and the nearby hotels were fully booked. Keep away

Almost deserted..

There is an accomodation titled Akroyiali apartments (Ακρογιαλι επιπλωμενα διαμερισματα) and an other titled Akroyiali rooms to let (Ακρογιαλι ενοικιαζομενα δωματια), both belonging to the same person. The rooms to let are located by the sea, but the apartments are located about 0.5km away from the village of Gerolimenas, in the middle of nowhere. 
When speaking on the phone with the owner, we wanted to stay at the Pyrgoi Theodorakaki (his 3rd establishment, by the sea) but he suggested that we stayed at the apartments, saying that they were a mere 200m from Pyrgoi. The price was 100eur per night for either room, no breakfast included. We chose the apartments as they were more spacious. 
However, we were extremely disappointed when we found ourselves in the middle of nowhere, having to use the car to go to the village, as the August heat did not allow much walking. We were traveling with our two boys age 2 and 4.
When we complained about the inaccuracy of the location he did not offer to move as to Pyrgoi, even though we checked on booking and it appeared the Pyrgoi had a room available starting the following night. 
I have to add that the apartment was old, and so was the furniture and the floor had not been cleaned under the bed.

Not accurate location - too expensive

Very friendly reception and welcoming, deliciously prepared lemon juice artichokes for dinner and really fresh fish (red mullet). The rooms are simple but very clean.

Artificial shocks of the finest

The hotel is very special, looking over the sea and harbour of the little Greek fishing village, Gerolimenas, with postcard perfect views. It has basic rooms/apartments as well rather more swish accommodation in its newer, beautifully done extension. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us lots of practical information and insider's tips to make the most of our trip. We extended our stay as the setting was so special and it was the perfect base to explore the landscape.You Really need your own transport if you wish to explore the area but it is well worth  it. The restaurant served standard greek food, but there were a very good selection of fresh local seafood.

Romantic getaway

Gerolimenas is a tiny village on the furthest tip of the Mani peninsula. Akroroyiali Apartments are a traditional house right on the the sea. They are attached to the Akroroyiali Hotel. A wonderful terrace looks out over the tiny bay. Watch the village life much of it conducted on the terrace. Food is typically taverna traditional. Accommodation is  Maniesque with modern facilities. A wonderful place to lose yourself. Family run with charming staff. Want Greek not"Boutique" stay here.
