We arrived earlier than expected and struggled to find anyone but this was resolved without any problems. The apartments are spacious and clean, with the most comfortable bed I have ever had in Greece. Kitchen facilities were adequate to make coffee and light meals, but the fridge was huge with a good freezer compartment. 
Excellent value for money, great location 2 minutes from beach, about the same for shops and restaurants. 
I am sure some people could pick holes, however, if you want the Ritz then pay for it. For us it was perfect.

Clean apartment close to everything

Excellent value for money and a really comfortable holiday, literally 2 minutes walk from Tsilivi Beach and 3 minutes walk into Tsilivi resort centre. Very comfortable beds with bed linen and towels changed regularly. Lovely bedroom furniture and lots of electric plug sockets for charging mobile phones and cameras. Excellent all day hot water supply and an easy to use shower. Excellent air conditioning unit and the apartment itself is lovely and cool even in mid summer. Free fast WiFi and kitchenette facilities with a good sized fridge. Complimentary mosquito plug ins, so no problems with mosquitos. A perfect holiday apartment for discovering and exploring Zakynthos.

Bellissimo

We stayed for a week and it was really lovely. The accomodation is affordable and comfortable- exactly what we were after. Customer service awesome. Very close to the beach (5min walk), shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something clean,affordable and close to the beach. We would definitely return. 

Lovely holiday

Stayed at sea side studios for 2 weeks perfect location for everything beach, bars, restaurants and shops. It was spotless clean every day we came back from our day out and the 2 ladies on site had not got very much English but always had a smile for us. I would certainly recommend these studios to me clean bed and shower means a lot.

Perfect holiday 

These budget priced  studios are basic but clean and in a great location and were perfect for us. The kitchenette has just two electric rings and a kettle  but a good sized fridge and that was all we needed. The rooms were cleaned every day and we had several linen changes during our 10 days. The only problem is the shower which is very small and has no hook on the wall for  the shower head so you must use it as a hand held and the shower curtain sticks to you  but it was fine really .  The owner lives on the premises but has no English so there is no communication with her at all. There is great free air conditioning ( balcony door must be closed for it to work) and good free wifi . The studios are really quiet (we were on the first floor up the stairs ). The studio is just around the corner from the beach about a 2 min walk at most. Sunbeds are only 7 euro per day for the set for 2. It is a 5 min walk to the shops bars restaurants and is in a lovely quiet end of the street overlooking a wee farm . We hope to return .

Perfect for us

This was our fourth visit to Tsilivi so we decided to do our own booking, inexpensive if you can get cheap flights, 20 euro for a taxi from the airport to your hotel and your apartment. My wife found this place on Booking.com. After a little confusion as to it's location we found it just behind the Zante Maris Hotel just 200m from the beach and a short stroll into Tsilivi, ideal for us. It was quiet night and day.
The clean large room had both a double and single bed, plenty of wardrobe space,a TV and aircon at no extra cost. There was a small balcony enough for two to eat out.  The kitchen was basic, equipped  with a fridge, kettle and 2 ring hob enough for a brew  and make breakfast ! The bathroom was again basic but clean.
The lady who runs Sea Side was pleasant  but doesn't speak English which could prove difficult especially if you can't speak Greek!! Lol who can?
The Studios are set in a small well kept garden where there is a barbecue for guests use.
As I said before the beach is only 200m away but should you prefer a pool many of the Hotels allow you to use theirs as long as you buy something at their poolside bar.
Overall the Studios are inexpensive especially when aircon is in the price. We would certainly stay there again.
