Bathroom is so small that you can't sit on the toilet. Shower curtain with visible black mold infestation. From the shower you have to go sideways because there's not even a child out there otherwise. I also expect, despite the low price, a neatly cleaned room. There are still debris hanging in the toilet, the kitchen area looks seldom cleaned and the walls are so thin that you can hear every word. The hosts were already loudly occupied in the house at 7:30 in the morning. Everything in all is very well renovated and modernized. For a night's journey, however, it's not recommended for more! The situation is very good, however.

Positive comments are incomprehensible

Helen and Theo are two delicious, friendly and very available people, the place is as welcoming as they are, clean and equipped enough to have a very pleasant stay, all in the setting of the beautiful Laganas.

Small quit family hotel studio. Owner are very kind. And friendly for pets. Room was ok what we pay we got it. Not expensive. No Tv in the room. Which was problem for my son. Balcony was very hot all day can't stay. Laganas is near. 

Quit studios 

It's a great location if you want to move around in Laganas! A few steps from the sea and the clubs! The rooms are average even though the bathroom is very small (at least in our room). The owners are two exquisite, polite, kind, friendly people and handy!

Advised!

Laganes location, so messy, but the structure offers absolutely the tranquility needed for a great stay, being parched from the center of the main road although accessible only a few meters. The structure honestly to be reviewed: the entrance door is glass, so light entering and disturbing sleep, corner cooking non-existent but on vacation who cooks?... Ok, Bath No, shower box non-existent so water everywhere, old and un agile, finally the laundry service is to be reviewed as towels are extremely hard, peeling effect! Beautiful terrace that overlooks the garden ideal for breakfast or relaxation, accommodating gentle and available owners.

Helen and Theo were really courteous and available the apartments are just a few minutes from the centre and the beach of Dilanas but at night you don't hear the noise of traffic

A wonderful vacation.

The location is excellent, two minutes walk from laganas road and 10 minutes from the beach, a distance that allows you to sleep at night without being disturbed by the skirmishes or the music until dawn. The structure is nice externally, with private parking, but the individual rooms are definitely old-fashioned starting from the doors that are from the interior and cannot be isolated from the other rooms. We could hear what they were saying in the room in front of us, despite whispering!!! At check-out there was a misunderstanding, as by booking our request for check-out had been approved without additional costs but the owner claimed that either we would stay one more night or that we would leave at 12.

To be improved

My boyfriend and I went to Helen&Theo last week and we stayed in the studio s for 5 nights and I have to say that we got along well with them, they were always kind and very friendly, their availability is really indescribable. As for the apartments, they are a little overlooked in the kitchen at least put the dish soap and the sponge (though she did it the day after the cleaning lady), the bathroom at least that in our room was uncovered, so we came to create a lake, the towels were always clean and fragrant. The location is more than ideal, it includes parking in the back, a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the living room.

Very good, though...

We really enjoyed our stay at Helen and Theo Studios. Helen and Theo are very kind and helpful hosts. Eventhough their English is limited they are always ready to help. Laganas itself is full with clubs and trashy tourists. We simply stayed there as it is conveniently located on the island and has all the facilities nearby. Helen and Theo Studios felt like a nice quiet oasis compared to the rest of Laganas. There is a supermarket and swimmingpool (which you can use for free) across the road and the whole property is fenced and has a gate that locks around 23h (no worries, all guests get an extra key to open the gate after 23h). The only thing we disliked was the poorly equipped kitchen and the bathroom. There are just enough plates and cups, but there were no kitchen knives, dish washing soap, drying towel and spatula, and the pan (there was only 1) burns very quickly. The bathroom floods everytime when you shower as there is no shower curtain. 

Nice and quiet place

The owners of the property not very welcoming I booked this place for my two sons for a 3 night stay the owner would let himself into the apartment when ever he felt like it on one occasion my sons where asleep and he just walked in when my son asked him what he wanted he said he can walk in at anytime he wanted to check up on them .. I feel this was not expectable and what if they where to young girls on Holiday .... I would not recommend this accommodation to any young person ... and just two make you aware my sons where 25yrs old and 19yrs old so they was not young young  .....
