This was a great place to stay - quiet but near town - short 5 min walk to Main Street - lovely clean bright airy room - helpful staff. Great view from the breakfast area and room. Good breakfast and catered to vegetarian when asked. 
The comfiest bed we had over our 3 weeks of travel ! 

Fab 3 night stay 

This is a wonderful guesthouse with great, clean rooms and nice bathrooms. The view from the terrace over the bay is amazing. The location is great. It is a five-minute uphill walk from the municipal pier where the boats from Puerto Barrio arrive, and it is very close to the main shopping an restaurant zone. I had room #1, which has the same great view and a small private balcony--a great place to have a beer and watch the sun set.The people are friendly and helpful. I had a superb four-day stay here. The rooms have AC but it was not needed when I was there.

Lovely place with a stunning view:

We had a great stay here, lovely owner who was very helpful! Lovely little pool and great view. Staff was extremely friendly. The facilities (on suite) were good and clean. Would certainly stay again!

Great hotel! 

Quiet, nice, clean, fair price and very well maintained by very welcoming and helpful people. I a very quiet and safe area you are 5 min away from the lanchas and from all restaurants. Swimming pool, A/C, breakfast, water.... we had a great experience. 

Great hotel

This was a gem to find in Livingston and I look forward to visiting again! The view was splendid and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owners were also very pleasant and welcoming. The staff were  quite accommodating and friendly. Loved it so much here!

Wow! True home away from home! Simply elegant!

This Little cozy hotel is  amazing, it is very clean, the staff is nice, Ishmael can help you with a lot of travel info…and the dinners  are very delicious they are complete dinner with amazing salad secret dressing, artesian coconut bred and beautiful dessert!!! It is a plece to stay several days chilling out. They have paddle boards, Kayacks, bikes and jet skis...and around is a lot of acctivities

Cozy beautiful Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Escondida. The on-site owners, Gonzalo and Gloria, were very friendly and shared good travel advice with us regarding Livingston. Our stay in one of the small rooms (#2) with two twin bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast served on a table right outside the room was simple but plenty and delicious with a beautiful view of the harbor. The hotel is kind of "hidden" but only a couple of blocks from the main streets.

Nice, quiet, centrally located, with a beautiful view

The hotel is located hill up in Livingston. By that there is a very nice view on the harbour - you can see the pelicans moving around. 
The rooms are wonderfull, very clean and with airco. The breakfast was tastefull - not too much. There is a small pool at the back, which is enjoyable - especially cause the huminity is very high in Livingston. 
The staf is very friendly and helpfull. They can also take care of your laundry. 
If you visit Livingston, try Casa Escondida!
