We arrived on a Saturday night and we were expecting to stay in a Spa Hotel just opposite of Kaiser Hotel but there was a wedding and it was fully booked so we were recommended this Hotel just opposite in the main square of Baja.
The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave us all the information about the Hotel and area. We could also park in the main square opposite the Hotel without charge. 
Unfortunately, we could not pay our stay in the Hotel by credit card as her POS machine was broken down she told us however that it was not a problem as we could withdraw Cash HUF from a Bank's ATM just beside the Hotel. There was no breakfast as there is no restaurant in the Hotel. The room was of a good size, clean and with all the amenities in it. Bed and mattress quite good too. The bathroom was comfortable with a shower cabin providing more than a shower, water massage etc.
Overall we had a good night sleep at a very good location next to the Danube river.

A Hotel in the main square of Baja, Hungary by the Danube River

Location is OK, pretty close to center, quiet street, looks safe.
Big inside parking.
I am not sure they have all night reception as they asked us to arrive before 11 PM.
Our apartman was huge, lots of space. 
Nice interior, very clean everywhere.
It also had a kitchen but without any equipment, no plates, no forks, nothing .... tough they gave us what we asked for from the kitchen.
I did not like the fact they in spite of us asking them not to come clean the room (as I do not like having anybody in my room unattended with my belongings) they did clean the room while we were in the city.
Breakfast was OK, nothing special.
Staff was friendly and polite.
They did not accept credit card at check-out.
We received some discount for the breakfast, thank you for that.
Bathroom was also a great size with massage shower (with uncomfortable wooden bottom).

Amateur organization: in the climate when supplement is in the room! Code wifi city when there is no one. Ctee is a good hotel for which it is a good evening in the stages and which would allow for some better and cleaner codes and improvements.

My wife and I stayed here four nights, we know the area. It's what we thought we would find, a typical structure completely and well renovated, room and bathroom cleaned carefully, but some small repairs and maintenance would need to be done immediately to avoid small problems for customers and not to let the environment deteriorate. The owners and staff are all kind and available. Air conditioning is efficient and very quiet. Breakfast is fine but some desserts from the Hungarian kitchen would be added. Overall I can recommend it. Okay parking in the inner courtyard. Excellent Wi-Fi.

All right, fine with the price and the area.

Having read all the great reviews, my husband and I were eager to stay at the Kaiser Panzio Hotel,
We were first surprised by the front desk that was actually the smaller part of an untidy room with private belongings hanging around.
Having climbed a narrow stairway (no elevator), we entered an unfriendly, old fashioned room of poor taste with an empty fridge.
Reception closes in the evening, so if you need anything after that you’ll be connected to staff by telephone only.
My expectations were not met in the least!

If you want more value for your money, book Föter Panzio and save 33% or Duna Wellness at the same price, both in the very heart of Baja.

Disappointment

Can't really add much more to the recent  reviews of others and I would echo all of their comments about the hotel.

Location is central and near to railway station. Owners did certainly go out of their way to help us in sorting out onward travel problems. Baja is a nice place to visit for those cycling down the Danube and this hotel makes a really nice place to stay at

Friendly and comfortable

Baja is not somewhere on the tourist trail and I was there on business. The hotel is lovely for what you would be expecting for rural Hungary: clean, large spacious rooms, friendly staff and a happy feel. The owners went out of my way to make my stay wonderful- including offering me a lift as I went to find a restaurant for dinner. For what it is able to be, Kaiser Panzio does it very well!! 

Lovely family owned hotel

It's the fourth time they've been here and they've never had anything to put on. Good business opportunities.
