Starting with the hotel's positive: the location is central and you have a nice view of the main square in front of the hotel. Parking lots are all free. In front of the hotel is a nice bar for dinner, and next to the hotel is one of the best places to go to eat, just 60 meters away. Erika as a receptionist, she speaks very well German, is the soul of the hotel and is always accessible. The breakfast buffet is unworthy of a 4-star hotel, I would rather say youth hostel.

Very nice four-star room with sauna, but...

It's such a great hotel that still shows heart, someone needed help, and the hotel showed heart. It's great that there are still so many unselfish people.

Nice rooms, and location. Good things are over. 

Food was overcooked only with coal flavour. 
Staff in the restaurant... poor kids and others. They were unprofessional, unfriendly, phlegmatic and we see they didnt want to do job! 
Please hired up professionals!

Nice place - terrible foods and staff

Lovely place near the Sugovica, great for a romantic trip. Beautifull views. Its in the hart of the city, restaurants, coffee shops around the place. Best massage ever. Nice trips in the city. Reaaly recarging for couples.

Best view

We stayed for a weekend in 4* room. Despite the hotel handled 3 (!) weddings on Saturday,  we were not disturbed at all. The room was nice and tidy but the central ventilation was switched off, so get fresh air and comfortable sleep, we had to open the window. We tried the restaurant for two breakfasts and one dinner. Food is mediocre, the selection of wines is very narrow. Despite the hotel name suggests a high focus on wellness, that was the biggest disappointment. It is small. According to its decoration it was opened in 2013 but since I assume it was not refurbished at all. The wall in the relaxing area looks awful, and in general one feels uncomfortable relating to hygiene. The staff was nice and willing to help with everything. This place is very controversial because while from one angle it looks and feels nice and good, from another one it is disappointing. I assume this historic building in that location must be handled on a way what it would deserve. I hope it will be!

Nice location, friendly staff, mixed feelings

The hotel looks very grand from the outside and in the dining areas however it's is a bit like "you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear"!! Our room was supposed to be one of the restored ones but stunk of sewage.

The staff were scruffy and left their equipment in entrances and hall ways which did not help with the overall ambience.

The food.... All deep fried within an inch of its life, dry and not very tasty. Breakfast was uncovered  and meats not refrigerated. There was some sort of deep fried egg bread but you could not cut it or chew it! Eggs were cold and under cooked. Flies landing on the food, not good enough. 

The main problem for us was the staff who needed more training to cope with an international clientele. Scruffy, unkempt and lack of any sort of etiquette!! Eating on reception and trying to over charge us for our room!

Their school report would read 'could do better' 

Really a 2 star hotel, sorry! 

We were staying in a very nice, spacious 4-star room located to the main square on the second floor. The breakfast included in the room price is in fact very far from a small level 4 but also 3 stars away from the street. The plates were quite empty and there were no oranges. The reception staff were friendly and competent. The parking is free throughout the city, even right in front of the hotel. The location couldn't be better. The dishes were quite empty and there were no oranges. The kitchen staff, the pepper juice dispenser, the coffee machines. I didn't have a few cups of coffee and breakfast. I didn't even have a cup of coffee in the morning. I didn't have a cup of coffee in the morning. I also had a cup of coffee in the middle of the morning.

A pleasant stay

Great location. The four star rooms are really nice. The stars for that. The three star rooms are not really good. But here it is over. I have experienced the worst service in a long time. Unmotivated and unfriendly staff. No concept, no structures and bad equipment (e.g. plate of dishes screaming like in the youth hostel) Also breakfast breakfast was really bad and here too the staff was very unmotivated and unfriendly. We had to cover our table ourselves, something went wrong it wasn 't filled. The four stars have no air conditioning but the three stars rooms.

The hotel needs a refurbishment, old carpets, stained with the impression that it's also dirty.

It's just a nice location.

Breakfast is terrible, unclean, no choice, just disgusting, girlfriend wanted to come visit, she was denied access, no explanation, no unfriendly staff, never again, no three-star rating and no price for performance.
