The administrators are very friendly. We were picked up for free from the train station, once from the bike rental because it started raining, and then brought back to the train station, and we were always offered this without even asking. The description says something about community kitchen that unfortunately doesn't exist. The view is great, the rooms are okay. The towels were cleaned or changed, but not once during our five-night stay.

Recently we stayed in this delicious guesthouse which has recently changed management. The location of this hotel is excellent, it is in a dominant location between two very important countries to visit: Keszthely and Heviz. The hotel has a large parking lot with an automatic gate. Our experience of staying has been more than positive: the hotel is located in a magical place immersed in nature, we were able to enjoy the view of the Hungarian sea, Lake Balaton and we have the opportunity to choose between different entertainment options such as gite, celebrating the country, or going to the hotel or why not.

Recently visited the Carmen Hotel. It is located in a beautiful location and has a wonderful indoor swimming pool with hot-salt sauna. Rooms are neat and looks vibrant! I went with my family and we had an exciting trip with one more advantage! Healing Lake Heviz, we went there and inquired to cure my mother's arthritis, which really worked. Lake Heviz is a thermal warm water lake, which has a medical value to it. Anyone, who is suffering from Joint pain or other diseases can visit there to be cured. Lake Heviz and Hotel Carmen were just the icing on the cake for us. We all loved this trip.

Amazing Hotel!

Incredibly bad service, if you wish to laugh a lot and you are strong enough to fight with the owner lady, do not avoid it.
First we were informed that the air-condition did not work in the entire hotel. (summer 35 C) Then the lady gave us a room at 7 PM where we found a bra on the bed a pair of sandals and two beer cans. When I stated that it is not usual that the room was still dirty at 7 PM, her answer was that “obviously we do not wish to go to bed right now, and the lack of staff causes a lot of problem”.
Another couple found interesting things in the evening meal, which they kept in their serviettes. :-)
We did not try the pool because it was so smelly.
Next morning we were told that the boiler went also wrong but we can stay if we could survive without hot water. The breakfast was awful, spoiled milk, dry bread etc. Before saying good bye we recognized that she was wearing the sandals we found in the room the evening before…

Faulty towers in reality

Breakfast is a pure catastrophe!!the bath is an accident hazard.The bath is torn down and not fixed.The water is not treated.Balcony must be shared by several families.The beach is in the nearest town.The bicycle is also in the nearest town.The air conditioning system is faulty- no hotel safety- no internet- wired satellite TV-hackers are not available!!The bath also flows out several times.This hotel is a catastrophe.The hotel has construction sites.
