The short version: Do not waste your money by staying. 

The longer version: The bath isn't ventilated and smells of sewer, the kitchen isn't ventilated, the door to the balcony is only possible to open from the inside, the AC cools only one of the rooms, the couch in the living room area is not suitable for two adults, the apartment was dirty when we came, as was the cutlery, glasses, plates. As was the bathroom. You will not receive clean sheets, only if you buy. You will not be able to use the safe, only if you pay an additional amount. Our TV was monitor size, 10y+ with only four functioning channels. You will need to dispose your garbage, outside the premises, and you will need to buy your own bags to use. In win-yard country, in a village where they have wine festivals, you will not find a working wine opener. There are no recreational area, even if posted on-line. The curtains have big holes in them, the towels you are given have holes and are as old as the apartment. If there is no other available room in Balatonlelle, drive to the next village. Don't stay here.

Stay away

Don't know where to start. The place should be much better than what it is but it is true about the whole area around Lake Balaton. They seem to live in the past! Ok, the apartment. We had a ground floor apartment for 5 people (ap 101), well, the 2 rooms are small, one of them is hardly a room, yet they have fitted a small double bed in there. One bathroom (no toilette) and a separate cloakroom. No shower cabin in the bathroom just a corner bath with shower what you have to hold, no shower curtain, also no ceiling light, just a shaving light above the mirror but no shaver socket(?!) The kitchen is OK, no toaster...Walls seem to be a bit damp, by the morning the rooms felt a bit stuffy, humid. Not very good. Slightly disappointed, for the money we paid, particularly at the time of the year, out of season, we expected a bit better. It is acceptable but no more than that. The lady managing the apartments was nice, cannot complain about customer service but the apartment was very overpriced.
