We stayed at the hotel (lucky us) for only one night. We were a big family and reserved 3 rooms. The rooms are quite simple but spacious. Part of the lights didn't work and we had a leak in the bathroom everytime we flashed the toilet. No body soap or shampoo. No elevator.
We had many spiders nets in the rooms whuch nobody cares to clean. The kids were realy affraid. When we notified the owners about the spiders problem they told us that spiders bring luck (!). No option for a cup of coffee unless you bring your own milk and coffee and boil the water on the microwave (as the owner said). The owners were too busy with a wedding that took place the other day and were not available and attentive to the guests. In hotel description they claim to have an A/C in the rooms but all you get is a ventilation .We had to sleep with the windows open, and not all the windows had nets (lots of muskitos). The hotel is right next to a railway so it was very noisy until late at night and early in the morning due to the passing trains.The pool was dirty and the water in the jaccussi smelled and had a green color. Breakfast was mediocre, the bread was not fresh.There are lots of attractions for kids. this place has a great potential but has serious maintenance and service problems.
