Stayed in of their bigger penthouse apartment in Paulay Ede street. The apartment was clean, the check in service was fast and easy, this is really good value for the money in one of the best areas of the downtown.

Central & Stylish

Myself and 11 friends stayed here for a hen weekend just gone. The apartment we had was absolutley huge with plently of space for us all to live comfortbally for 4 days. Very well decorated and furnished. Staff were friendly. Kitchen was fully utlised with glasses, plates etc. Washing machine and iron in apartment. Only trouble we had was taxi's taking us to the booking office about 10 minutes around the corner so make sure you show them on google maps!. Great location central to literally everything. Resturants and bars just a short 5 minute walk.

Excellent location

We had an apartment for 12 people, most of the beds were really comfy, it was just the sofa bed that wasn’t. I’m not sure if it would have fit two people either to be honest. 
The apartment was in a great location and once we had sussed out the mechanics of the lock it was really easy to come and go. It was clean and spacious but to be fair we were out all day and night and only came back to sleep. 
You have to collect the keys from a booking office (this was stated at time of booking), but our place was a four minute walk so it was not a problem. I had lots of questions prior to our arrival and they were answered quickly and efficiently, they ordered a taxi to take us to the airport in the early hours and they were prompt and efficient. The booking office emailed me the number of the drivers just in case there was an issue. I would definitely use them again when I return to Budapest.

City Celebrations

Excellent communication, great location, lovely apartment. Would highly recommend. Clean tidy not far from anything at all, shop round the corner from apartment, great for a short city break and cheap :) 

Excellent 

We visited as a group of 10 for a short weekend and the apartment was plenty big enough with lots of space to socialise and sit together. The beds were comfy and the staff were very polite and helpful. The apartment was only a 4 minute walk from the office in a stunning location. The kitchen was also well equipped. The only issue we faced was that the aircon was not up to scratch and really needs improving. Dome kept breaking or leaking but in general they just didnt reduce the temperature of the apartment enough for it to be comfortable in high temperatures.

Stunning and Spacious 

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights. In April during Easter break. 
Booked it in advance and got a great rate. We were 7 People. 
The place was clean and tidy. 
The sheets and towels etc all nice and clean. 
The only thing that disappointed us was that this huge lovely apartment only has one toilet. For a family of 7 was a huge inconvenience. 
The showers are nice but the en-suite one has no privacy whatsoever. But looks cool. 
The other shower was a bat tub. A bit inconvenient to take a shower. No curtains or anything.  
The lobby had a lot of black bags with rubble. Assume the building is under renovation.  
The lift/ elevator is an old
One. works great. Scary but a fun ride. 
The neighbours are not at all friendly. 
The location is super. 
We were offered a replacement but it was half way through our trip and it was much much further into the city. 
Walk out and both sides around  200mts away were great restaurants cafes etc. 
even across the street behind the opera house there were some great spots. 
Convenience wise this was amazing. 
The river is a 10min Walk. Again lots of stuff around there and the chain link bridge. 
Overall a good stay except for a few hick ups. 


Great apartment-excellent location.  

The apartment was on paulay ede 15

We rented this apartment. It's on the fourth floor, and the elevator stops on the third floor. You have to walk to the last floor.

The aparament has 3 bedrooms with double beds. One also has a sofabed pluss 2 sofabeds in the living room.

They sell this apartment as suitable for 10 - I would not recomend more than 6, as the sofabeds have poor mattresses and are not good to sleep in.

The apartment has one bathroom without toilet - this bathroom is very moldy and smells. We found it unusable.
Then there is one bathroom with toilet - this is also not that great - very sketchy sink. But does not smell too bad. And then there is a separat toilet. This one is OK - but has a very small sink. There is not enough hot water and the water pressure is very low.

And then there is the glass doors - they are too close to one another and therefore  bang into each other. could have removed the one between the living room and the hallway to the bathrooms and 1 bedroom at least.

The furniture is OK and looks fresh. Also the kitchen is ok.

All though the guy in the office is a nice guy. We had to collect toilet paper in the office even though he had promised to deliver this.
There was no cleaning (or emptying of garbage) while we where there. And you also get no new towels.

Great location and friendly office staff. The apartment was stylish but moldy

The apartment was very good and at very prime location. everything is perfect other than one the guests are required to go for check in at their office. further at the time of check out we are again required to deliver the keys at their office. This is really problematic. We were group of 12 persons with lot of luggages . we took taxi from airport and reached their office. From their we have go on foot with so much of luggage and the apartment was quite far. I suggest they should do the check in at the apartment only so that inconvenience of the travelers shoule be saved.

Good Stay

Digusting, ants everywhere, only one bathroom working, dirty dishes, dirty bathroom, so uncomfortable beds- you sleep on metal spirals not on matraces...never again. And the owner answear that he thinks that everything is allright...

disusting!!!

when we arrived in the room we found the beds with hairs when we went to protest instead of asking for a sorry told us to leave, we told them we will leave tomorrow because we did twelve hours road trip with children and told us to leave today
unacceptable behavior without counting that we had two young children with us
