Returned for a 2nd visit - that is how good this hotel is. 2nd time visiting Budapest and when need of accommodation I choose this hotel again. Its central location to public transport (metro, trams, bus etc) makes it the perfect base for outings in Budapest. Staff went above and beyond to solve an issue out of their control (heating so strong that some rooms are more like a sauna) and did it with kind and considerate communication. This hotel is a good addition to the Accor chain in Budapest, will gladly choose it the next time too.
