I don’t want to have to write this, but I want to help other people make informed decisions. The apartment itself (no.3) was clean and well equipped. Great value too. The location (in terms of access to major tourist spots and amenities in Pest) is absolutely perfect. However, I would not re-book. We got next to no sleep because the apartment block was so noisy. Every door that shuts echoes around the whole apartment block. Even if you try to close one quietly, it just echoes around the stone building courtyard. One night we heard people having a blazing row at about 2am. I’m sure every resident heard it! While this is outside of the apartment owners control, and it makes me sad that they have such lovely, cared for apartments, we cannot use them again. :(

Fantastic location but very, very noisy

Very nice appt, everything at waling distance,
In the evening little bit noisy, clean and good beds, shower perfect! Everything you need for a short stay!
We could not find an airco, in summer this would be helpfulk

Short city trip

Lovely apartment, great location. We stayed for two nights, the apartment was clean and well stocked with all you need for a short break. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and the apartment is within walking distance of a lot of the main sights of the city. Can thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Great for a city break

Well.... wow. I really wasn’t sure what to expect based on the check instruction pictures I got, but I was thrilled about this entire place. The location, the ease of getting in and out, the apartment, the facilities - all was amazing!

Location - right outside there are several amazing restaurants (Hooters closed down THANK GOD! I am glad Budapest hasn’t resorted to American trash restaurants, when they have so many amazing ones) The apartment is close to a metro and tram and the 24 hour ABC shop for anything you need. We walked pretty much everywhere. Loved the location a lot!

Apartment - Clean, large, comfy. The bed was amazing, the shower was powerful and the TV had many channels. We even washed our clothes before heading home which made my life easy when I got home. The apartment had 2 sets of doors to get through (so security is no issue) and there is a lift. Also, it’s a residential block of flats, and everyone is very respectful - we of course paid that respect back.

Value - great price for us

Issues - the only issue we had was that it was hot in the apartment. But once we opened the window, it was all great!

Budapest - having never been before, I was blown away. I can’t wait to come back next year and I will stay here again.

Budapest Apartment

My partner and I stayed in one of the apartments beginning of April and had a wonderful time. Kinga was very informative about the check in, communication was amazing, very quick replies. Lovely apartment, very homely and clean, near metros and ruin pubs which was a plus.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is very good and just what you want for a city break. It is clean, comfortable and has all the equipment you need - fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. the best feature is the location - it is a short walk to the metro and tram routes, so you can get anywhere in the city really easily. Nearby are lots of bars, restaurants and bistros - but once you get in the apartment it is really quiet and relaxing.
We had no complaints and would readily recommend the apartment to our friends and family.

Great location and very good apartment.

I initially booked the Studio for my S.O. And myself, but found it to be too small for our needs. The GM Kinga was kind enough to move us to a much larger 1 bedroom. The beds were comfortable and it provides a full kitchen and washer ( no dryer). The Apartment was thoughtfully stocked with tissue, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. The wi-fi is good enough to stream and download. A very informative guide was placed in every apartment detailing everything you needed to know about the Apt. and Budapest. The apartment building is located on a lovely square that has many options for dining. Even so, the building is very quiet as it faces into its own private courtyard. The metro and Opera House are both close by. We found it very easy to either walk or take the bus or metro. It was a very central location. ( on Frank Liszt square) There is no maid service during your stay and you get 1 hand and 1 bath towel/pp. I don,t believe there is air conditioning either. Luckily our weather was good and we could open the windows. A nice, clean Apt. for a fair value. 

Helpful host

I travelled solo . This apartment stay is in the heart of the city . The building is very old and one of its own kind , with lovely greens inside the building . The apartment building has huge main door with outside locks and then old kinda of lifts . The apartment is beautiful from inside with fabulous views . Very warm cozy house . One feels like at home . Bedroom is nice and has good linens  and bedcover . Toilet washroom is separate from bedroom and has fresh towels and all toiletries provided . 
Kitchen is well equipped and has a microwave and fridge toaster . Loved the small dining table area . The widow faces the magnificent city views .

The place is heart of the city with lots of restaurants and bars on the street itself . Take place is so lovely and lively all the time and yet it’s quiet once you enter your appartment 

Wonderful stay with great views 

Great apartment, all amenities needed are included, small kitchen, full bath and great central location to sites. Instructions for accessing the apartment are clear and detailed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Budapest.

Small and perfect!

''Your apartment in Budapest is confirmed'' - this is the confirmation I received upon payment on Booking platform. Once I arrived at the ''apartment'' I realized in what way this owner is mocking his customers. The ROOM, because it was not an apartment it was only a veeery small room, very crowded, smelling, with no air, no window - because the only window it opened in the inside of the building and it was dirty and with spiderweb.  I may say that in the bathroom it was more nicer that the room. The entrance in the building is also kind of tricky and complicated. Of course I called the owner - KINGA - and explained that I cannot stay there in those conditions, because I want to enjoy my vacation not to ruin it, and after a very long discution she agreed to refund our money for at least one night, with the condition that the ''apartment'' to be booked by someone else. This thing happened, the room was booked again on Friday around 17.00 o'clock. But of course, KINGA ignored all my messages. I can only wish her to enjoy my 150 Euro earned with lies and I hope that people will realise that its not worth it to ruin their short vacation in Budapest with these type of people.
