Amazing apartment with great city center location and easy acces to public transport. The apartment had all we needed , from a fully equiped kitchen to spacious , clean rooms and 2 baths one with a shower and one with a bath. The host paid great attentions to details, he even asked us how to arrange the beds in the 3 bedrooms ( we were a group of 7 people). He was amazing and very helpful with any question that we had . He recommended places to eat and what to visit during our Budapest stay . He gave us maps with the public transport lines and also with the city attractions. He surprised us with small gifts( such as hungarian sweets and wine) and hand-written notes everyday when he came to clean the apartment . We will 100% recommend this place and we will sure return to stay here when we get the chance. Thank you , again , Gabor , for our lovely stay in Budapest ! 

Best apartment for a large group and an amazing host 

Great location for a weekend away, in walking distance of nearly everything.

The appartment was clean and tidy and very comfortable and I would highly recommend staying there,the appartment was in prime location to everything you needed and also very quiet at night so perfect night sleep beds very comfortable  it was cleaned everyday and even received small hungarian treats everyday left by the host our stay was perfect and our host was a fantastic man couldn't be more helpful even showed us around a few places he was friendly and very welcoming to us so much so we both felt like we made a new friend  and always available if we needed him, there was also a mobile phone so we could call direct it's amazing place and truely home away from home we loved our stay so much we've already booked again to go back in October 


Fantastic

We had a great weekend stay in this apartment! It's perfectly clean, equipped with everything you would need, even for a longer period. It's in the city center, within a 15min walk from the main (Vazi) street and Danube river. It's also 5 minutes from the metro station, which is really convenient. Although it's in the busy part of the city, with many bars nearby, it's in the inner side of the building, so everything was peaceful and quiet. And also - apartment contains an amazing DVD collection!
The highlight of the our stay is definitely the apartment owner, Gabor, who gave us a lot of great tips, helped us with the parking when we arrived, offered us a late check-out on our departure day, and even bought a lottery ticket for us! :)

A quite, comfortable apartment in the heart of the city center

Booked as a couple based on reviews of how helpful Gabor is. I’d like to echo those reviews. We had a great stay here. Few points to note are that we stayed in quite a small and dated apartment but very central. There was no elevator and bed was firm which may not be to everyone’s preference! We were able to walk to all sites from the apartment and the apartment had everything we needed and more. You really can make yourself feel at home here. I’d recommend and would definitely return.

I agree with all of the positive comments and reviews. Gabor is an excellent host. He is one of the kindest person i ve met in my life, willing to help whenever he can. If i ever go to hungary again i will definitely stay at his place. Acomodiation is in perfect spot maybe it its not a 5 star hotel but its best value for money period. 100% recomendation

Best Host EVER!

Our host Gabor went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our apt. He checked often to see if we needed anything. He is the perfect host by far! He told us about Budapest, where to go for meals, etc. He really cared about our experience in Budapest, including taxi service. We will highly recommend to family, friends, etc. An exceptional stay. First time ever traveling aboard as a family of 6 ppl including one 4 years old boy, we stayed 4 nights in the apartment in late October, Gabor's hospitality and services as well as the apartment facility make the whole family soooo happy on the stay in Budapest!

a. Apartment is in a building with more than 100 years history in the community, best place to stay if you want to experience daily life of local ppl here;

b. You can find everything you probably needed in the apartment thanks to the careful preparation of the owner, even including a local cell phone configurated with direct dial to all emergency numbers;

c. The hospital owner, lovely Gabor, will help you a lot on many fronts! A 10 mins talk with him will save you 1 hour to look for tourism info and the visiting sites he recommended are the real Budapest you really want to see

Our host, Mr Gabor was incredibly accommodating. He informed us on transportation, and Budapest in general. As frequent travelers, we only wish all hosts was as accommodating as Gabor. We highly recommend.
