We got there without reservation in a fully booked Budapest. They were also full but told us to return after check in time to see if someone had not appeared. We did so and got lucky, they gave us a three bed room. 

Rooms, toilets and showers were clean. The workers were really nice. They helped us find a new hostel for the next day and keept our luggage safe while we were in the city even after our time finished.

I really recomend it. Cheap and reliable hostel.

Good and simple

The hotel has a very good price/performance ratio. The rooms are clean enough. The shared bathroom is acceptable. The location is very good, you can reach the centre on foot. It only becomes problematic if you want to park at the hostel.
It is possible to park before the Hostel, but you have to buy a parking ticket. You can only buy a parking ticket for a maximum of 3 hours and then you have to come back and buy a new parking ticket.

Good price performance ratio

I had a room to myself, it was clean and simple. More than enough plugs. Good wifi. Friendly lady at the front desk. The bed was comfortable. The door wasn't terribly soundproof, I could hear everything in the hallway.

Horrendous experience, do not book this hostel. The receptionist man was very creepy to us two young girls staying there, was very rude and scary when speaking to us. Worst customer service ever experienced. The room stunk of smoke it was unbearable and the windows were barred off so didn’t open for any fresh air in the 37 degree heat this august. The beds were rock hard and the sheets were dirty. The shared bathrooms were disgusting. The shower heads were broken, and the whole area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The whole thing felt like a prison and it was an awful stay.

Worst Hostel Ever.

Arrived to check in, no reception so ended up waiting around until someone turned up, asked for a double bed room and they gave us two singles, they said availability but it seemed more they couldn’t be bothered cleaning the rooms after people left as doors were left open with keys in and rooms left dirty and uncleaned. Furthermore the room given to us was riddled with a Smokey musky smell, opened the window and that smelt even worse.Asked to be moved and they did fortunately, then come night time, 2 of the other guests had a massive argument down the hall from reception and nothing was done from reception to help resolve or calm down so we were left to listen to this for a little bit, then soon after, an extremely intoxicated man in the room next to us began screaming, and yelling “ F you” etc and banging, went to reception and informed the man there, he went and knocked on, asked the man if he was okay and nothing more can be done, we had to ask him if this continued can we be moved, not much effort put in to helping resolve said situation other than an apology.  Shared bathrooms were very dirty and the beds were rock hard

Tragic.

We arrived, they didn’t speak English and told us their own way that they were full 
We told them we booked, they called their boss and had to prepare our room in 10minutes…
What can we say about deep hostel ? Terrible experience, it is not even clean. We stay for the first night because we have nowhere else to go but tomorrow morning we will go somewhere else as soon as possible

Stay away from this place !!

Location is good and this is the one positive thing.

We get totally different room. Photos on booking don't show how it look real. The standard was lower. I talk about this with the staff, but they said that they have a lot of reservation for double room - sorry, but it's not my business. They offered us right room, but only for last night so it didn't make sense. In addiction our room have door with glass window so I don't feel safe. I think on the wall was mold. Showers were very dirty. Toilets were leaking so it stinked. It's no posibility to pay by card.
