Just written a five star review for them on Google so won't go into so much detail. Suffice it to say I wouldn't hesitate to return. Lovely comfortable apartment, right in the center yet wonderfully quiet. Polite friendly staff right there if you need them. Photos really don't do it justice - go and see for yourself.

Super Budapest Apartment

Great location, clean enough although fridge and oven needed cleaning. Safe place to stay with all them pass codes. The porter don't speak English tho but people in reception speaks English and they even let us leave our bags there after our check out so helpful also.

I would stay there again

Have stayed here at Comfort Apartments many times and normally give a 5 star review, however the pillows and bedding supplied are really pretty poor quality and uncomfortable. Hopefully this will be improved in the near future.

Great apartment but uncomfortable pillows

Great central location.
Check in desk is a little difficult to find and not signed very well.
Loved the apartment, we stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was spacious, clean and as described.
We had an equipped kitchen, bathroom, etc.
For the price, this is the perfect base to explore Budapest.

Break in Budapest

Fabulous apartments for the independent traveller. Spacious well equipped and in a great central location. Reception staff are very friendly and available if you need help with anything but normally you only see them on arrival and departure which suits me fine. Most rooms overlook a central oval garden with a pleasant water feature gurgling in the back ground. Love this place and will be back. 

5th time here, love the place

I'd just like to wish that the check-out time would be extended the same as at the hotel until 1 p.m.
that would make a strong appeal to the whole service.
the heating and all the appliances were working fine.

I liked the location and the equipment. All clean and tidy enough.

I read all the reviews, and I agree with all the bad ones. Looks like I got one of the terrible unit. It was definitely not as advertised. The place is much smaller and is definitely not well kept. There was a blanket put over the couch, and it was stained! And yes, you have to pay 10 Euros for the AC remote. We came in summer when it was really blistering hot and there's not even a fan around!! Our luggage was put in an open office but anyone could just walk in. The reception area was crowded so the receptionist wouldn't be able to see if anyone had gone inside the office. Stay away at all cost!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Misrepresentation of Ad! Dirty and Run Down

We had booked these apartments for late nite arrival on the 19th of September we had booked through amoma who had gone into liquidation so we contact Comfort apartments to see if we still have booking and there were still paid to our relief there were.  We arrived at 12 that night to be told that they were not available over the phone there was no one to meet us we had to ring emergency no and the girl was not helpful.  We were two girls in Budapest at 12 oclock at nite stranded and she didn't care she hung up the phone.  She said she had sent email that day at 3 to tell us that booking was not paid for and we would have to pay for.  We did not receive email and we were travelling at the time.  So unprofessional company I have ever heard and I was told by other travellers that it happening to people who arrive late that they sell off the apartments.  The security guard wasn't even helpful.  If that happened in a Irish hotel the security would have made sure we could go somewhere.  Very unhappy with these apartments and would definitely not recommend them

Would not recommend Comfort Apartments

We visited Comfort Apartments during a 5 night stay in Budapest during September and we were pleasantly surprised by our stay.

We got the apartment for a great price and managed to get a room with a garden view on the ground floor. The room included a kitchen and many appliances such as a fridge freezer, iron, washing machine, oven, toaster and kettle, which was very handy during our stay. The room and building are well kept and clean and are kept secure through security guards and keys and the location was just a short 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Budapest.

Our apartment was next to so many bars, restaurants and shops and was very accessible from the metro system, taxi or by walking and was not far from many attractions nearby, such as Budapest Zoo and the Budapest Eye. 

The staff were very friendly and helpful and also gave us great advice on where to visit and also gave us discounts on top attractions also.

Overall our apartment was very comfortable, in a great location and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Budapest and would definitely return if visiting Budapest again.

Excellent Apartment and Staff

Really friendly welcome, a free upgrade in size and a fantastic location for the exploration of a wonderful city... couldn't recommend it much more highly. A little harder to find initially than was expected, but once it was clear where the office was before finding the apartment it was all fantastic.
