Great deal!
The staff were lovely, the room was small but has absolutely everything you need and didn't  feel cramped at all...the room was nice and warm at all times!
Spotlessly clean. Easy access .
Also the location is ideal.

Great deal!

This place packs everything in to a small space without feeling cramped. Comfy bed, balcony, microwave, kettle, bath(!), basic crockery, tea and coffee, even a box of tissues. Basic but clean. Helpful receptionist. There is drinking water in the foyer and a toilet so we could use these when retrieving our luggage which they stored for us. We were on the 4th floor at the back. No noise issues even though the next door bar was just below - the double glazing was good. There is a lift if needed. Excellent value for money and location near main attractions but set back on a quiet street. The bar a few doors away was lovely (turn left out of the door) Mika Tivadar Mulat.

Excellent facilities at a bargain price.

Location is great directly in the city center. Great natural lighting and view due to large window front to the street. The room size was excellent and equipped with everything you need. During the night it is loud due to the many bars and party tourists but that was ok for me.

The reserved room was not available any more and they had to upgrade me. The man at the reception was not very happy about this and was accordingly quite frosty but at the end it wasn't my fault. The interior is quite run down (especially the sofa) and it was not very clean. On the bed sheet was a blood stain and I asked for replacement. The glass window of the oven was very dirty. I wouldn't use it under these conditions. Compared to other apartments I stayed at the same price range, the value for money is more at the lower end.

What a great little apartment block ,we had a studio deluxe room ,everything that was needed is in the room there are shop’s nearby so you can get your breakfast food ,nice & easy to cook your own before going out for the day. We walked everywhere but plenty of local transport if needed.  Well wort a visit. 

Short break 

The location of the apartments is great, close to good restaurants and places to visit. The street it is on looks quite rough, lots of graffiti and the outside of the apartments is really off putting. The entrance is no better. The room was okay with a good shower but the bed was really hard and the pillows were awful. We were there for three nights and although it states that room cleaning is done every day ours was only done twice. I wouldn't stay again. It was relatively cheap but not cheerful.

Great location

Had issues right off the bat. The TV didn't work, the showerhead was falling apart, and the hair dryer was close to starting a fire. We spent half the night waiting for the guy to fix the TV, which he never did. They grudgingly moved us to another room, which WE had to suggest. The 2nd room turned out to be great, except for the bar noise underneath, which kept us up each of the 2 nights. Perfect location, though.

Good and Bad

Pros - the hotel/flat is located in a very convenient location. It is close to all the bars, restaurants, shops and public transportation within a very short walking distance. 

Cons - if you are paying with a credit card, make sure pay in local currency not in US dollars. They will get you in unfavorable currency rate. They offer free WiFi but it is super slow so don’t bother using it. If you leave your windows open at night, outside noise from bars can get loud 3 AM. 

If you are a budget traveler, it is a perfect place. It beats a hostel and price is reasonable. 

Be watchful if you are paying with credit card

Four of us stayed in one room and it was more than suitable. The rooms were clean, spacious and serviced daily with fresh towels regularly.
The hotel is well located with plenty of bars and eateries within walking distance.
The staff don't talk much and when they do you feel like you're being told off but I think a part of that is down to the language difference. 

Good enough 

Had a very pleasant short stay at AnVa, easy check in, room was spacious and comfortable. 
Good shower and heated floor was a nice touch. 
Power sockets were a bit awkwardly placed for my 1m charging cable, but not a big issue. 
Very clean and centrally located to the public transport hub.

Pleasant short stay

A group of 6 of us stayed here in 3 rooms for 2 nights, and could not fault the hotel at all. We found the apartments to be very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need - even a good hairdryer !!
It is in a nightlife area so busy and noisy at night but not to bad, the location is great for a quick walk to the river and we enjoyed breakfast locally plus drinks at night. 
Would go back here as the cost we felt was great and a good location.
