We were welcomed by friendly and helpful Gabriella. Our room was at the beautiful indoor garden. Room was cool (without A/C?) with a spacious bathroom, suitable for disabled. Bedroom was a bit tight. Everything was almost new and clean. Breakfast included and with plenty choice. Warning: the eggs in the bowl are raw!
Fried eggs or omelet can be cooked to order, but a boiled egg was a problem for a petty reason: it took too long (??). 
Price is OK. You gave to park your car on the street in front, which is safe (according to the owner). 

Very nice and very friendly

We spent here 4 nights with our 2 small children. The owner lady was kind and before the travel day she offered us a private apartment (house) for the same price in the same street. Parking is ok, front of the house for free, but without any shadow and sometimes other car stole our place. Theoritally you can enter the yard with car, but it's too tight. The yard is long, if you grab the table then you can eat outside but nothing else, it is quite plain. The house has own heating if you need, that was very handy with children.  It is well equipped with quality large fridge, microwave, hair dryer, large TV (too large for  the small room :) ) and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms. The large bathroom has shower (adjustable shower head was blocked by a shelf :/) and bathtub too and was quite clean. The first bedroom has a double bed and comfortable and this room has a cabinet too. Unfortunately the other bedroom has only a large sofa (bed too) and it's very hard and uncomfortable if you're sleeping on your side. This room also lacks any cabinet so nowhere to put your clothes. The ceiling lamp hangs too much down and if you're taller than cca 170 cm you will hit your head sometimes. :/ One more thing  for families: one afternoon was rainy so our larger child wanted to play with cars but we realized, that the room with double bed has no any space just the bed, the other room is also small for 2 tables, sofa and chair but here you can make some  space with rearranging. And for families with baby's; there is no crib and they can't lend you one. This house also lacks of (cooling) air conditioning, only heating but despite the fact that outside was 28-29'C  inside the house was only 21'C. For this price is quite ok, I would give 4.3 stars but because of hard bed it is just 3.9 of 5. 

Good with slight glitches

Gabriella made us so welcome, and was very happy to help us. The room was a bit tired however, tho the bathroom was new. The location was good, an easy walk into town. There is a terrific bakery just a few doors away for breakfast.
