Positives:
The hotel lokks really nice in a wonderful area. Basically this village is very quiet.
The romm was not so large but it was enough for us, the bed is really comfortable. Restaurant is also small but the food is excellent. The wellenss area is  great including with the forest nearby.
Negatives:
no wifi in the room, refrigerator is wrong, jakuzzi is ice cold, this is no replacements in reastaurant after a food is out, bathroom is dirty, there was not water in the morning, warranty of some food were expired, whole day was very nosiy (construction).
Overall I had the feeling that the staff of this hotel were not ready at all to serve the guests.

Nice hotel for families but they didn't renew anything in the last 20 years.

Gosztola is great if you would like a little peace and quite with fresh air and walking. For New year’s eve also expect the same. The hotel is avarage, food is ok but Nothing special, bed and matrasses are not that great but staff was very kind and helpful.

New year’s eve

Stayed 3 nights with family. First we didn't get the room we booked in the 4 star part, instead got a room in the 3 star part of the hotel, which was a bit smelly. They could only change it next day, however we received 2 neighbouring rooms with no extra cost, so that was a great pro for the hotel. However there weren't too many. The food was terrible, and we had to ask for refilling the buffet several times. There were lots of flies always around the salad and cheeses. Dinner finished at 8 pm! The indoor swimming pool was very cold, the jakuzzi was only big enough for 2 adults. The outdoor pool was better, at least when it worked, it always turned itself into sleeping mode (acc. to the hotel lady) so we could hardly use the fun elements. There were a few outdoor toys and facilities but all of them were dirty, not been used for a long time, you could tell. 
There were lots of programmes to choose from, that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, however they only started it when there were at least 8-10 people, so basically we couldn't try any of them.
The area is a very nice part of Hungary, it's worth visiting, however I would recommend a different hotel to stay in.

Hoped for better

The hotel is on a hilltop in a beautiful little village. The staff is very friendly, the meals are fine. The only negative is that the newly built part of the hotel is not connected to the older one, so you need to walk some meters from one building to the other if you want to use services. This is not comfortable in the winter in a swimming suit.
My other problem was that the wifi signal was too poor in our room.

Family holiday

We spend New Year's Eve with extra holidays at this hotel, where everything was just perfect. Location is amazing: If you're looking for peace, quiet and relax, this is the perfect place for you. Tiny little village, clean orderly and  surrounded by forests and hills even during winter time you can take a trip to discover inner peace. Hotel is a family owned business and you can enjoy here their warmth, kindness and open heart. Stuff was kind and helpful, offered food delicious. I can't think of any negativity at this place. I warmly recommend it to everyone who fully wants to relax from the hectic world. We will definately go back and try it out during warmer days of the year. I hope my subjective review will help you decide...

Excellent place, owner family, food, entertainment, surroundings!

We lived in a nice hotel in the middle of the forest. Clean, comfortable, cozy rooms with large beds. Dear, friendly staff. The kitchen deserves maximum points! Delicious food, a wide selection of beautiful serving, and fair prices. The delicious food, great wines and excellent beers are recommended. Radeberger beer keg on tap! A nice sauna area, swimming pool. The area for prolonged and shorter trips, tours can be made and for bicycles to . Fishing Lake 1km. 30km from Orchid farm. So every one is a nice break.
