Beautiful room, both in terms of design and quality of objects. It's true that it was recently renovated. We had a room with inner courtyard view, with a tranquil landscape with trees view from the balcony. Breakfast and dinner seemed a bit shabby, but it can be a matter of taste, as I'm not a fan of Hungarian food. I was disappointed with the cleaning part, because 3 nights that we spent there the room wasn't cleaned at all (they did not even empty the trash). An aspect that must be taken into account, the remote control from the AC is for a fee, although this aspect was not mentioned when we've booked (they said that it is a problem from booking and that it will appear that it is for a fee on the site as well). Parking is for a fee, but it is cheaper than public city parking. As a location, it's a 5-minute walk from one of the entrances to the Aquapark.

great location, great hotel

Big plus for very nice and large rooms.  But..
No toiletaccessories as mentioned in description..only handsoap..the rooms are not cleaned propably..Only every otherday and then they only change towels and empty your trashcan......you have to pay extra for Airconditioning so have That in mind.. but the cost for that was rather cheap... so worth the money...the breakfast was ok but i dont think that kids will enjoy it.. french toast or something like that would be nice..Dinner was quite boring as well... the kids enjoyed the icecream box though.. 
But the location is great! Only one block away from the HungaroSpaComplex! Many fine restaurants and bars near by. Hajduzoboszlo is a lovely place and we will be back.../ Sjögrens of Sweden july/august 2018

Very average hotel. It is 3 stars hotel - in my opinion. We have apartment deluxe. It was clean, but they forget to change towels. Breakfast and dinner were very limited. The receptionist with poor english and without smile. We've been there for three days, but they have missed to clean lift and cobwebs in restaurant :-(

Average hotel

The hotel is right in the centre of Hajduszoboszlo, very close to the main entrance of the outdoor pools/"strand". There are also shops and restaurants close by. The hotel parking is free of charge. 
The reception is small, and so is the restaurant and the outdoor terrace. This is an inconvenient because everybody in the hotel seemed to want to have breakfast and dinner at the same time. The elevator is very good and efficient Even though the hotel is only 3 stories high. 
The rooms are big and clean, so are the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets as well. The apartament we booked is perfect for a family of 4/5 (2/3 small kids). The AC is a big plus, and There is a unit in each room. But you cannot leave it on when you are out because the power is off when the card is not in its slot.
The problem we had was with the ants that appeared in the bathroom and then in the living area. By the day we left, we had ants everywhere in our luggage. That is simply unpleasant. 
Another problem is the lack of places to dry towels, in the bathroom and in the balcony as well. There is no dryer, so we hung our towels on chairs and on the balcony but that might be a problem in windy days. 
Another inconvenience is that they do not change the beding. We stayed 5days and no one came to change the sheets But they took the garbage out when it was necessary. 
Regarding the restaurant, the food is ok, not very diverse, but it's fresh and well cooked. Plus they have some dishes that are child-friendly. 
We were very dissapointed at check-out because apparently we were not charged with some taxes and we had to pay extra and it was not a small amount. That was Another thing that was extremely unpleasant and it left us with a bad impression. They could have told us from the beginning that some taxes would be cherged at check-out. 
All in all, I recommend this hotel. 

It is not a four star-hotel! Food: poorly. It needed to be cleaned. We found a bug in the bathroom. Wellnes: it consists of a jakuzzi and a sauna. The wellness isn't heated, and there isn't a lamp there.
It is pity, it could be a good modern hotel!

At arrival we were told the jacuzzi was out of order, but repair had been called. (Was only working on day-3) We were not offered compensation for this important missing part of our wellness holiday. ONLY on request we could squeeze something out (=unconfortable)
Staff do not speak English, not smiling and not really service minded. Wellness area cold, cannot be heated... Rooms are nice, big, but shadowed by: A broken chair, half-broken bed, water running out on the bathroom floor from showering, a switch for the bathroom placed on the wrong side of the door (!), NO SOAP at the sink on bathroom (had to use the one at the tub). Radiator for drying towels did not work. Cleaning of rooms was insuffient.
Dinner is fine, maybe even nice, but the bread for breakfast was terrible, the cheapest possible. (When mentioned to the waiter, he pulled his shoulders... )
NO butter for breakfast, only cheap margarine + "juice" had nothing to do with fruit juice. 
TV channels insufficient, no common area for common guest activities (like table tennis, kids playing, table football etc. Fittness area is fine.

The worst thing: Receptionist did NOT ask "how was your stay" when we left. This is why I write it here. This hotel is not recommendable.

Disappointment - not worth 4*

Extremely dirty. The sheets are dirty (hair from previous guest), white spots on the sofa, the bathroom is very dirty, hairy.  The carpet in the room is dirty, and smells really bad. The air conditioning units are mouldy, smell terrible. The towels are extremely thin. Kitchen top is sticky. 2  out of 3 light bulbs are broken. You can barely close the terrace door, it's never been oiled.

Plus : new building, underground parking. 
Minus: 
- almost no staff, except the front office. the atitude of staff, the lack of speaking english staff îs outragous for a 4 star hotel.
- no restaurant, no caffe, but they put breakfast în the hotel description.
- dirty towels and only small one were avaiable.
- A lot of trash under sink, take them 2 days to evacuate it.
- no light at the entrance în the evening. The street was în complete darkness.
I wiil not come here for sure. I didnt recommand this hotel at all.

Almost closed

Terrible hotel. I don't recomend it. They gave us uncleaned room.  Dirty carpet, table, tv, towels,unchanged bed linen. In whole hotel was one housekeeper, that is the reason why was  not just our room dirty, but also the elevetor, the stairs, the reception. The reastaurant was closed. No breakfast. It was a nightmare. Only the location is good.

Cleaning is poor. No toilet accessories. Found bugs in the toilet. Very little numbers of TV chanels. The air conditioning in the room not included the price: extra money. Food quality is under the 4 star hotel standard. Reception service is occasional. Sometimes nobody is in the reception desk, anybody can go in and out without any control.
