We stayed here for 5 nights, and we booked several months earlier. They had no room for us for the first night and we had to sleep somewhere else (they arranged the booking). No apologies at all. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The manager was unfriendly, meals were not good either. Coffee was horrible. The breakfast buffet offered a really narrow selection of meals, and in addition there were very little amount of food from the better meals.

We gave our stuff (money, mobiles etc.) to the staff to put them into their safe. In spite of their promise, they just put our package on a table in an office. We just found that out when we arrived back to the hotel later that day. They made no apologies at all.

But I have to say, that the staff was really friendly and helpful.

We visited this hotel in December 2014, a great location, smiling and friendly staff, clean, cozy, very tasty Hungarian cuisine with a variety of dishes... very attractive old-style interior of the hotel...we have been to Hydusboslo three times in different hotels...and on the next trip we will return to Napsugar- translated into Russian as Sunshine...thank you for the rest...

A good hotel for the price and quality...

A good hotel, near the thermal complex in Heydusboslo. The rooms are all clean and comfortable. The hotel has no parking, but you can easily park your car in the alley. There are a number of restaurants with good Hungarian cuisine, as well as a food supermarket.

It's a good hotel.

We stayed for 3 days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The big room was clean. Bed was very  comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The dinner was menu.

Friendly hotel

The hotel is located in the centre of the city near the spas. The spas are about 5-10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is traditionally Hungarian. It is possible to pay extra for air conditioning. The hotel serves dinner as well as breakfast. It is good value.
