We have spent 2 nights with 2 kids and a dog at the hotel. We had a family room with two rooms and a kitchen corner. Everything was clean and comfortable. 
First night we had a room, where the air conditioner wasn't working. After claiming, we got a new room on the second day. So 5* for problem solving! Staff very friendly and helpful with everything!
-1* for the high price for the dog stay (4000huf~13eur/night) and we didn't get anything like a bowl or bag for that. 
Breakfast was typical Hungarian, but a nice choice of everything. We were satisfied. Coffee was not the best, but you can buy real coffee for extra payment. 
We didn't use the wellness facilities, neither the playroom, so I can't comment on that.
Hotel is about 5 mins walk from the bath entrance, which is ok even with kids :)
Altogether I recommend this hotel for families and would come back!

Nice family stay with dog

They didnt include a meal for our under 2 years old son, not sure why. Their own swimming pool and sauna is quite small. Other than this, the staff was very friendly and breakfast very tasty and with good choice. Rooms clean, spatious and well heated.

Termal visit

Well, nothing special. The room which we had was on the ground floor so anyone could see in, but it was newly furnished. What I missed that it was not equipped: no glasses in the bathroom, just one towel per head, etc. Actually I was really sad that during our stay the room wasn't cleaned up at all! The wellness part with the two pools is nice to have, unfortunately during our stay we could not use the sauna, but in exchange we got in the pool the lovely voice of a grinder. Disappointed. The breakfast the staff was hardly reloading, once something was running out.
It was OK for a weekend but can hardly imagine to stay there for longer, I was never considering so much to go for the poor rating... 

Expected mire

Yes, it's really far from the lake Balaton, but only 8 km from Hévíz. And opposide the hotel is an aquaparck, than you could enjoy it. The hotel has own pools inside and outside the hotel, has places for breakfast, childrens playroom and nice staff. The room was beautiful - modern, clean, huge and equipped with kitchen, too. The apartman devided  for a livingroom with kitchen and for a bedroom. Want to go back.

Hat down to this family hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet place some 15 km from Balaton lake. There are also a few noteworthy places in a car (or bike) drive distance, like town of Keszthely or Talpolca. Thank to neighbouring thermal aquapark and the hotels wellness zone you do not depend so much on weather.
The hotel is well equipped - furniture is nice and functional, rooms have air conditioning and a kitchenette, which makes you independent on local restaurants (unfortunately the hotel does not have one). Your children will appreciate a playing room and you may enjoy an excellent massage.
The hotel staff looks welcoming (except of one young barmaid), but only a few of them speaks or understands English. But in the end you will make yourselves understood.
As anything is not without drawbacks, here are some of them. First, you will have trouble to find the hotel, as it is out of the main road and there are no signs to lead you there. WI-FI works only in corridors. Cleaning service works probably only upon request  - we did not see them during our 6 days stay. There are only Hungarian and German programmes on TV. Steaming cabin did not work and nobody repared it during the whole week. There is no fruit for breakfast and the selection of food is so limited that on the forth day you will have troble to choose something. Theese are things that should work, especially in a hotel which claims that spending a night in is worth anything from 60 to 130 EUR.
To conclude, I must say that I would think twice before I would recomend the hotel to a friend and if so then only for a short stay.
