The rooms are very small and our wardrobe door was broken. In terms of cleaning not very cleaned and at the restaurant happen more than one time that they bring us something else that we ordered. We return it, but they put it on the bill.
Moreover I forget my wind jacket there which they confirmed that they founded. I ask them to send it to my adress, which never happened but when I send somebody to take it they said that they not have it.



Disappointed

I visited this 3* hotel in 10/2019 only (and fortunately) for one night-stay while visiting customers in Nyíregyháza. This is for sure a good example of post-comunist hotel. Immediately upon arrival I experienced rude and unprofesional behaviour of recepcionist. Not even a hello or welcome. The room was somewhat clean but it had an odd & stale smell. The upholstered bed was old with holes. The fridge was empty but it had 2 glases in it?! When I went down for dinner there were 3 waiters and only one understood few words of english (not even german) but showed minimal interest. Breakfast, if you can call it that, was miserable, even there thou there were other guests. When I checked out there were 2 girls at recepcion but they gave me “the look” and rolled with eyes when I asked for 2 invoices (1 for room, 1 for dinner) and not to mention when she made a mistake on invoice. When I was leaving I sad Goodbye but none of those 2 girls said anything.

Post-comunist hotel with rude staff

The room was a standard double bed. Bath was clean, but for somebody tall as me, its usage is uncomfortable. Room was clean, but we could not open the doors. 
We tried to have lunch, but we were told that there is an event going on, and not sure if they can serve us. (???)
On Friday and Saturday night, they also had events. After midnight, they re-arranged the event room, pulling everything on the floor, so we could not rest. 

Never again.

Not for someone who wants to rest

The room was okay, the bed was comfortable, the staff was excellent,  always nice and helpful, the food was amazing, delicious  Gulyas and harcsapaprikas :) and best gluten free pancake and chocolate cake ever :)

Good hotel

If you choose it because of the **** stars, think again, The hotel is on a small street after the industrial area of the city. Donțt have high expectations.
On the other hand, it does have a small, but nice, spa (pool, jacuzzi, sauna). It offered bathrobes.
The room was pretty clean, but the feeling of a small local hotel was there.
Our decision was purely financial (a decent price/quality ratio) and did not regret it.

Good if you're in tranzit

We spent here a long weekend to enjoy the spa and to visit the Zoo. The room was small but clean. The double bed could be bigger, it was more like a single size than a double. The bathroom was also small but clean and nice. The shower cabin also could be bigger. When I turned around, I always switched the water temperature. It was a bit annoying. The food and the spa was good. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Nice hotel, but need some improvements

Good food and a nice selection of wines. Rooms are clean and well serviced with air con, etc. Wifi is free but intermittent to nonexistent. Not expensive for room, food or drink. It's on a quiet back street and very quiet area. 
Second time here for a night only. There is an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub plus a wellness centre, these I have not tried out.

Nice hotel 

Small quiet hotel with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage but also a bowling alley in the basement The rooms are large and simple, and often have a private terrace The restaurant is very good and the smiling and dedicated staff must try at all costs their slightly sweet red wine (Mad) Only hic: the music boum boum that ends up getting tired...

A secure address

This is a hotel that I frequent regularly for business trips. The staff is welcoming and available. The facilities, swimming pool, sauna, bowling pool, relax without moving, and the restaurant is of good quality. The rooms have been renovated, are simple but comfortable for the price.

Good hotel for a short stay, good price ratio

We booked a double room with the extra desire to get a double bed. On the spot we were told that a double room does not have a double bed but a twin bed is a double bed. Not so bad we had only booked 2 nights. But the cleanliness is beyond good and evil. The facility looks like the flea market together, the couch is passed through with the rest of the food from the previous guests. The beds were not made but we can't expect this from a hotel in this category either. 2 stars would probably be enough. The restaurant is still recommended.
