Good size rooms degraded by poor maintenance. We had black mold on the (otherwise subpar) bathroom ceiling, cracked toilet, decaying walls and carpets, tiny tube ty. Good point for the working small fridge. People are allowed to smoke on their balconies, and smoke is carried inside neiboring rooms. We could not sleep with open windows because of that. Breakfast and personel attitude was very good, hence the 2 stars. Free wifi, parking competes with restaurant next door. Location is decent, small walk to free beach, much longer walk to attractions.

I put my baggage in the room and after at night I came back. I saw the room that is full of mosquitos. I said to reception about it and he just gave me one insecticide and I asked for different room but he said it's not possible provided they had empty rooms.i discussed with him finally he gave me a different room.

This hotel is definetely the worst hotel we have been in. 
The room is falling apart (cracks everywhere), furniture is old and falling apart, power outlets are loose and falling out of the walls! Carpets have many many stains, the balcony is crumbling, moldy piece of useless space with one plastic chair. Doors which lead to rooms are thin, definetely not hotel like and poorly sound isolated.

Breakfast is very basic, but not only that, there is evident lack of higiene among the staff (which were  almost all young students and a few older people). The lady, who sets up tables at brekfast sneezed in her palms and then like it is nothing, continued serving food??!! Table cloths were full of stains, they just put crumbles on the floor, didnt clean at all or maybe change cloths. Tomatoes were dirty, they just didnt clean them enough.

Parking on the street is horrible. There is a trench, dividing parking and street and you have to cross it by car in order to park. Well, we scrached the bottom of our car, thank you very much. Most of  hotels and restaurants on the street in vicinity have this moat covered in tiles or metal, but not nostra, they just dont care at all. Garden is messy, not maintained at all. 

I just do not understand, how this property got and maintained 3 stars and how it gets good reviews, alter spending couple of nights in it. We were thanfully spending only little time in hotel, we were rather out, exploring Balaton.
